It would have been nice if you could somehow kill other ants and something like powerups would have kept the game interesting for a longer time... I only played it for a short time but that time I really enjoyed!

you can't kill other ants, you can use shift to sprint. The objective is escaping the battlefield back to your home because your colony lost. And you are injured so you hallucinate.
Reminds me of when I wanted to make an Ant game, for real, haha.
I had a lot of fun playing your game and I liked the concept. I kinda cheesed the game by somehow climbing up the wall mid way and running sideways to the goal xd. Modelling is hard and the fact you made all art from scratch is amazing but the skybox and the pickups look a bit out of place which weakend the immersive atmosphere. I think the visuals of your game could be improved by keeping the art style consistent.

I wanted it to be a little harder, but this was a cool game. I liked the ant theme, and I love chromatic aberration, so I really appreciated the vignette. Good work!

Really like the ants, the purple ones definitely creeped me out. I think adding a bit of speed would go a long way here.

I think this game has quite a lot potential and there is a lot that can be improved, however I think you have a good basis to start from with this game. The thing I currently enjoy is the music as it fits the story very nicely. Some things that you maybe could add in the future, which I think would make the game even more enjoayble are:
-combat, so you can fight back
-make it so the health bar and picking up food actually matter
-maybe add more things to interact with to emphasize the story
But overall very solid jam submission,

Yeah buddy I did it!
The music was PERFECT! Helped tell the story that there was a battle here! I'm guessing there was a bug (pun intended) because I see a health bar and items to pick up but one touch ends the run. Some additional gameplay mechanics such as combat or sprinting would make it more fun. I like what you did with the camera effects! Nice work!
