How does you game fit the theme?
You are accompanied by a "visitor" throughout your adventure, can control both yourself or bring in a friend to take a role!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Wrote all of the code, but used assets from freesound and game-icons.net for art and sound

Rally cute and adictive game, I liked turn based muves, it makes you want to plan in advance. Sounds were pretty and animations and art style is awesome! I love it!
had fun playing this one! would like to have more indicator how the enemies will move in the next round!
Playing your game is super fun ^^. The movement of the visitor and its visual and audio feedback feels great. The art is awesome. Maybe some background music would be nice. But overall a nice and quite polished game. :D
I´d really appreciate if you can try my game as well. ^^
Thank you so much! Background music is definitely on the list of things I want to add in in v2. Cracking your game open now!
Fun little game! It is quite simple, but honestly, yeeting stuff into enemies is a really enjoyable mechanic! The little dialogs are also a nice little touch, it just lacks a bit of music and being able to move a bit faster when spamming the same direction =p.
Nice entry, congratulations =)
I do regret not taking the time to add music during the jam, but I'll be sure to look into it after the jam! Thank you for playing!!
I really enjoyed this game, the little bits of text give everything buckets of personality.
Thank you so much for playing!
This is really fun
I'm glad you enjoyed!!
Great fun this, would love to see more.
Thank you!! I'll be working on something using this as a starting point, don't have a ton of time so not sure how long it will take though
Very cool little game. There isn't much to it but I had fun playing through it and smashing enemies. I like the subtle tutorial of "I sure hope I don't get slammed into a wall" and how all the sprites are randomized.
I've been trying to do more game jams for a while, but kept putting it off until I had no more time. For this jam I decided that I was just going to pick one gimmick and make something absolutely miniscule to try it out, I'm glad you had fun!! Thanks for playing :D
It took me some time to fully understand how the controls and enemies work but after it was very fun. I think you made a good use of the assets you used and the game feels pretty good to play :)
I definitely wish I put a bit more effort into communicating the basic controls. There were two mini-mechanics I added that I intentionally did not describe, but hoped would come up naturally and be a little "aha" moment. No idea if that panned out as hoped, but I'm glad you enjoyed!
Simplistic and fun!
There's a minimalist charm here that I enjoyed very much. As others have mentioned, the UI and controls may need to be tweaked, but I imagine there were perhaps some features left on the table to finish in time.
I can see promise in this game, particularly in gameplay. The gameplay loop of punching your enemies into walls is too much fun, more so than I expected.
The art itself is also enjoyable. However, I would suggest perhaps either a few more colors to be added to the palette or, optionally, an adjustable color spectrum that can be modified in the settings menu.
Great job! Have a great day.
P.S. Would you be so kind as to check out my game and give it a rating; I feel you might enjoy it!
Thank you so much for the review! Definitely wish I had spent more time working on the UI and controls, but overall it turned out way better than I had expected. Currently planning on making a slightly larger version of the game with a few levels and a bit more polish, before moving on to the next thing.
I will absolutely be adding more colours!
Thanks, and cracking yours open now, I really like the title!
Really cool. the controls could definitely be improved upon, but I really liked the art. This could definitely be turned into a full release.
Thank you for playing! I'm glad you liked it :D. I've definitely got a lot I want to improve, but I am absolutely going to try and expand upon this!
Pretty cool! I like the choice of assets and the take on the theme is very unique! I could definitely see this being a full release game if the controls got a little more refined
Thanks so much for playing! I really struggle with art so finding game-icons.net was a godsend this jam! I plan on taking some of this into a *slightly* larger, but more complete game during my off hours for the next while, will definitely be addressing all of the feedback I've received about the controls
I think that's a great idea! On the subject of icons, one very easy fix you could do is make the background of the attacks and such be transparent as opposed to being black. That way, whenever your character attacks, parts of the enemy wont be covered by weird black boxes.
Thanks for the tip!
Unrelated, but if you also rated my game, that would mean a whole lot to me :))
Absolutely! Already done!
The concept and the art are great. but there must be more description on the controls. Great work!! Keep it up!!
Thank you so much for the feedback and for playing!! I will keep that in mind!
