How does your game fit the theme?
I took end is a new beginning into an endless runner format where everytime you die you rotate a bit more giving a new beginning to try and increase your score.

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I used an asset from Dinv Studio for the background but the rest was all made by me as my first ever published game!

Nice concept! I like how you've tried to make each 'level' feel distinct with its own colour, but I reckon you could push it even further! The black level was a bit hard to read though

thanks for the feedback

Really nice use of the jam theme! I especially like the changing gravity and speed after each death. Changing the music pitch is a nice touch too. My feedback is that I think you could add a little more diversity to the game, maybe have level designs be more similar to something like geometry dash or something.

Overall great job! Also, I thought it was funny how similar our games were in terms of the use of the theme, art, and music style :0

thank so much and I want to work on the game after If I remember and I will probably work on level design

At first I thought that it was an ordinary game mechanics, but when I failed for the first time I was very surprised. Really cool. And I liked the tempo change too.

thank you!

Nice game! Cool little twist on a known mechanic to fit the theme!

I gotta say, I was done on my first playthrough but then I saw there were ranks… Way to get me hooked! (Couldn’t make it past Diamond though :P)

Fun and simple. My only pet peeve is that the music does get a little repetitive, especially if your run spans several minutes. The tempo changes are a nice addition to mitigate that, but I would have loved at least one more track to cleanse the palate.

Cool entry!

thanks so much for the feedback and thanks so much for playing!

Nice game! First endless runner type game I played in this game jam I think. I really liked the idea and how each level changes whenever the player dies, it really fits the theme! Music and sfx were great and the post processing on the squares looked nice as well. Nice work!

thank you!

Even though its a simple google dinosaur like game, i loved the callenge when the map changed directions, its simple but fun, maybe it would work better on mobile. Congrats!! Keep it up!!

it's good idea, there's a variety of colors and the obstacles are really challenging. the sound is also cool. and unlike some games, the creator dedicated a section where he explain the controls and how to play. i appreciated that too

thank you very much!

Got the gold rank with 1127! :D The green part with the weird obstacle's trajectory always gets me though...

I liked the idea of switching the gravity side + force. Also really liked the tempo shift of the music + overall color palette of each levels.

In my opinion, the game would step up with more variety of obstacles (and randomly generated patterns).

Developer

I would defo look into doing that in the future changing that obstacles more after the jam and thanks for playing it!

Hello, awesome game! I liked the SFX and the music and how it fits the theme. But I did not like some levels, because of the lighting. There is a specific one where the background is blue and you are in a black color, so it is hard to see. Also, as a suggestion, I think it would be nice if the spawn of the obstacles were bigger, since many times I saw more than one obstacle going with another. Thx :)

Developer

Okay thanks so much i will probably update the game after the rating of the jam and add them changes!
