How does your game fit the theme?
The player must die (their end) in order to make it to the next level (the new beginning).

Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes, me and my friends made everything ourselves. All names are in the credits in the game.

Nice job! I think the post-processing was missing in the final level though.

The post-processing was a nice touch, and nice work following the theme. :)

Really cool visually.  Small issue with  the aiming, if you aimed right at the center of the object the bullets would all fire below.  Probably something with the way unity calculates the mouse position.  Not game breaking at all, just wanted to point it out just in case you make something in the future that needs more precise shooting.  Great job!

Developer

I will keep that in mind next time I work with the mouse aiming. Thanks for the feedback!

The Post Processing makes game so climatic. I dind't find the coin but it was fun. Good job!

Short and enjoyable. Maybe not the most innovative game out there but I'm guessing you are a fairly new dev? Awesome job if you are!

After the fourth(?) level the menu says "next level"  but it doesn't do anything so I don't know if you had a fifth level :D

Nice and cute. Shooting stuff is always fun when there's particles and sound :D

Developer

Yeah I'm pretty new to game development. Fixing the next level button was on the to do list but I ran out of time and the will to stay up later than 3 am on the night of the deadline, so I didn't get to it. Thanks though for the kind words and suggestions!

Nice game! Took me a while to find the coin, but felt good when I did!

How I would change it a bit: give the triangles some pathfinding so they don't get stuck in walls and make them invincible or give them a lot more HP. This way, they're scary and you're forced to run when there's many of them, which should slowly build up an army following you and at the moment you find the coin you just stop running and blast at them till you die!!

Developer

Thank you! I think I'll implement the enemy health idea if I decide to update the game in the future, that would definitely make it more challenging. I probably won't make them invincible though, sense they have a small chance of dropping the coin, but nonetheless, thanks for the feedback as it is greatly appreciated!

I never trusted triangles, and this just validates my feelings.

Neat game overall!  :D

Hey!
So good job for your first finished game. That's what a game jam is all about! Just gotta finish and submit!
Like the style and the sounds..
The controls seem like they should be weird but actually are quite intuitive!

Critiques:
Very short, not much challenge. Maybe it could've used randomly moving/bouncing mines or something to avoid while navigating around.
This theme was a tough one.

Would love if you could check ours out! I'm trying to get feedback on anything, but specifically whether people find it too difficult. Give us a rating and let us know what you thought! thanks!

EDIT: I thought the enemies WERE the coins. Sorry, I'm tired. Good Game!

Thanks for the critiques! I would've added a few more obstacles but ran short on time figuring a lot of the other mechanics. I'll be sure to take the input though into my next project! I will be sure to check out your game

Felt like Atari Adventure with a gun and lots of bloom. I enjoyed the experience, but I never found the coin.

Great Game! Extremely fun, the idea fits the theme very well and is also very well executed
