Mechanically very solid and glitch free! I loved chucking myself in the volcano at the end haha

Cute little run and gun-er

On theme run and gun game, solid effort, good work!

I wanna start by saying I love the sfx. Hearing the zombies' footsteps in the direction relative to the player is a nice little touch, don't know if that's just a thing inherent to the engine or what but I like it. Graphics are also really nice!

In terms of the gameplay, I know I'm not the first to say it, but definitely a bit easy. I immediately ran out of ammo cus I wanted to shoot the gun and I didn't see the counter initially, which is totally my fault. I just wish that decision of mine would have put me in a more dangerous position, but instead I could just outrun the zombies so it wasn't really a big deal. Maybe the zombies could have gotten a bit faster with each doll you collect?

Other than that, some quality of life stuff would have been appreciated. Like someone else said, maybe a tracker for the dolls, or they could emit a sound when you get near them. I liked the volcano concept, I was hoping I could walk into the volcano right off the bat. :P After I beat the game, I went to see if I could, then when I realized I couldn't, I also realized there wasn't a pause menu for me to quit the game through.

Just little things to consider for the next game!

I could basically ignore the zombies completely. I wish there was some indicator to the closest doll, or at least some map or an initial overview so I knew where the links to the next islands were.

There is potential as a sort of explore, collect, and shoot type of game, but more reliance on the bullets and possibility to be killed needs to be there.

Solid little game! Fun twist, clean gameplay. Killing the zombies is very satisfying. The sound effects were good, and the music was appreciated. I liked the graphical style.

Throw yourself in a volcano to win? Seems legit :) I agree with the other comments, but I'd also like to commend you for making the OST and SFX yourselves, really fitting and enjoyable!

Shot, non-horror walking simulator wish shooting mechanics. Short experience with zombies that don't really hinder you. Maybe give the player more ammo or more zombies, so they are an actual threat and mecanic in the game. As it is now, they might as well not be there.

The areas also seemed a bit huge compared to their function. Cut down on empty space, make tight corridors that zombies can block, add more ammo.

ok so ima go after the rating system. so first of all is it a horror game? i guess it kinda is but it sure isnt scary at all, its definetly a shoote trying to be a horror game. is it fun? a little i guess, i mean i finished it without getting bored out of it, the zombies are barly an inconvenience and if you look around the map (which ur doing anyways) you will find pleanty of ammo to take om out if they do end up seeing you, now there is barely anything to do but walk around searching every map corner for the dolls, very very slowly. now from a game design standpoint its accually not bad, everything works together quite well. all in all good job.
