I like the story, I wish it went on a little longer but the surprise ending is effective
I don't know about you but I wouldn't be able to carry on a conversation after being hit by a huge, pink blast! Very nice game, great ending too!
This was short and sweet and I really liked it! I love the visuals and was impressed with how effective the narrative was for its length. Good job!
Super unique concept for a game, I really liked it! I loved how the helicopter could move around when landed too, it was very charming haha.
Great interpretation of the secondary themes and very cool worldbuilding. Could have used some more interactivity, but the effects and earthquakes felt really impactful. Good job!
I liked the dialogue a lot. Also the color magenta ;)
Thanks man!
Simple yet really great concept! I liked the visuals and enjoyed reading the conversation. And I learned today that Magenta doesn't exist.
Great job!
Glad you liked it, and glad my game had some educational value :)
Thanks for playing!
Original idea and neat visuals. As an audio person, I really dug the pitch changes in the engine as you maneuvered and took off. The helicopter audio loop click did take me out of the immersion though. The lack of music does add to an atmosphere of loneliness and wilderness but it also exposes the engine sound and makes it a bit repetative. I think even just some background somber music would make the game feel "fuller".
I'll probably take more time to work on sound next time.
Thanks for playing!
Neat idea. I wish there was more to do "game wise" then fly in a straight line. Dodging birds/tall trees, managing fuel, etc. Neat little story, I played it to "the end" ;)
Glad you liked the idea!
As for the gameplay. I initially wanted more out of this- more complex navigation, some difficult terrain, landings that take more effort than pressing 'e' :) However, life happened, and I decided to polish stuff that I already had (time the dialogues, improve animation and camera movement in the last sequence, really go hard with light effects during escape) instead of adding more.
Very fun experience! It is an original idea, it was fun to fly and pick people. Dialogues were entertaining
Thanks for playing, glad you liked it!
