Who is that creepy guy looking at me through the window? And how did you get spider eggs?

Cool concept! I like the complexity of potions and ingredients, make you think over the recipe. Visuals are nicce too.

Good job!

Cool idea, but i wish there will be more potions to do ! An idea could be that some instructions in previous recipes has to be taken in conciderations for futures potions (for exemple, we will always need to put the pumpkin directly before the redcap mushroom, if both of them are in the same recipe). I also like the details in the background, that's adding some good life in it. GG!

Not a fan of the art style, but the ordering puzzles are pretty fun to solve.

7/10 - would blow up slug eggs into my face again

Pretty good game. Pretty cozy. I liked the cryptic guides for the potions, though it didn't seem like some of them gave me complete information, but I could have misunderstood them. Good job.

We liked the idea to first try to get the oder of ingredients right before putting anything in. Also the sound and music is very good and the artwork fits the theme, though the evil laughing was not so cozy!

Interesting idea! Wish I could have picked and sorted the ingredients as I was reading. Do witches mise en place? :)

Nice job! We also went with a potion making game, so it was cool to see what others did with it. I like the puzzle of figuring out the order to add things, and the UI was well composed. It was beautiful of course also, I liked your choice in ingredients, they felt both original and like they belonged really well. Nice job!

It looks really nice and I like the atmosphere. One suggestion I have is to randomize the order of the ingredient icons in the recipe book, as I could click on them in the order they were displayed and get the correct result without having to work out the order from the instructions.

Fun, but too short! I want to make tons of potions. I love the lore text for the ingredients, too - a very nice touch!

This game looks stunning. The 2d art looks incredibly. The tutorial is really nice. It has a sort of increasing challenge after every potion. Great game!

I had a fun time playing! I took my time for every recipe so I didn't have any explosion!

The art style is unique and super well made for a jam, as well as the audio.

My favorite part is all the small details, the guy in the window, the leaves and interacting with the ingredients feels satisfying!

Overall super impressive game, congrats to everyone who made it

I like the little details you put in. The guy who looks through the window, the falling leaves and the way the pages flip add a lot.
Great submission.

I require more potions! This was fun, even if I made a mess of my lab at the second potion :)

Beautiful art style and spooky atmosphere! I really liked the details that went through in the instructions manual.

This is a really fun logic puzzle! Who knew devs, who famously spend most of their time stumbling through logical problems, would be so good at implementing them into a game?!?!

The puzzles were as enjoyable to untangle as they were well-worded. I think this type of game could be expanded in a ton of directions too. More puzzles for the current version, maybe a 3D version where half the challenge is digging through a messy lab looking for "that dang newt eye I JUST HAD I SWEAR!"

Lastly, I am quite jealous of the studio name lol, "Bearded Ants" is an amazing name 😆

What a fun game! I loved that the ingredients were on the shelf, I found myself running my cursor across the shelves for the matching ingredient like I was actually a potion-brewer running my scraggly fingers across the ingredient bottle looking for the right one. I thought the environment was great and you struck a cool balance between spooky and cozy (not an easy thing to do I imagine). The riddles were engaging and challenging, if you choose to keep working on the game it would be fun to see more riddles (I think it looped on itself after 3 or so) and maybe a game mode where customers want their order done in a time frame so that you have to solve the riddle quickly (and messing up has more dire consequences). Great job, if you have time I would really appreciate a look at my game as well :)

Nice art and vibe with a challenging logic puzzle. Felt a little short with there only being three potions
