I completed a game in BABY mode, I think some score or something like that was being displayed but pressing a button got me back to the main menu.

I think 20x20 is already quite big with thin walls and 1 room = 1 tile. It didn't help that I had to explore the entire dungeon before finding the exit.

The game feels specially good. It sounds cool and looks great, the visual feedback on the monsters for smashing them is good, the atmosphere is great and I love the instant movement and combat that you can control as fast as you want although feedback is not exactly instant. Controls really feel great.

In theory I love the combo system. However in practice combat did not work that great for me because trying to apply the cool combos I discovered by chance (X10 DMG, + 1000 HP) was very risky and would have eventually got me dead while on the other hand mashing the buttons would let me unharmed so I did just that and I can't say it was completely satisfying. I ended not enjoying the combat as much as I wanted to.

Overall this is a cool entry anyway, thanks for sharing.

The game-feel and feel-back of the combat alone carries this entry.  It felt great even if most of the time I was just mashing buttons.  Didn't manage to finish the dungeon though.  If I'd known how big it would be and how long it would take, I would have started with some graph paper.

Playthrough:
(Unfortunately most of the playthrough got corrupted.)

I got lost :) I killed thing that looked different (and had loads of hp looks like), but I never found exit...

It felt like combat is too fast for a combo play. When I would want to make specific combos - I would lose pretty much instantly. Best way was to mash all the buttons and kill/stun everything - that way I never took damage even :)) But its quite interesting to see that concept in general for a DC kind of game. Its quite hard to balance that kind of gameplay with not turn based combat, so I salute that bravery to try and pull it. It works. Is it in its best shape? No, but it works. It can be improved uppon later, but concept is right there.

And  I would love to see it develop in something unique and big in future for sure!

Loved the combo system and the fact that you get to learn new combos while progressing through the dungeon. I found the ones for heal x500,x1000, stun, dmg x1.5 and dmg x2.0. Killing stuff was satisfying, but I was hopelessly hopelessly lost even on baby difficulty. Would be cool if you had a map or some sort of better orientation thing. Atmosphere and graphics were pretty nice too.

The graphic themself are nice, but you can see far enough, which makes navigation quite hard. I think I wandered in a circle most of the time. For combat, I just spammed jkl and won everytime without loosing life. The game does not seem completely finished. But the atmosphere was nice and the soundscape was very fitting.

Really really interesting visual style. Super creepy and cool. I like it!

I didn't really understand the combat to much, I think it's possible to do specific combos? I spent a lot of time mashing managed to stun lock enemies I think. I also got super lost, I was trying to navigate by reading the coords, but I think I'd need to break out the graph paper to find my way forward!

Mini game! Interesting combat system, was a bit confusing with the keys, maybe left up right would have been easier. Navigation was a bit hard but you can just go randomly. Anyway fun to play!

Not terribly complex, but does well with what it has. The combo system is quite fun - I only really started figuring it out a good bit through my playthrough. The art is nice and just the right amount of strange. The only critique I have is that it could really use some navigation mechanic. It's pretty hard to keep track of where you are amongst the identical passageways.

I recorded my playthrough, if you would like to watch it here it is:

I played it. It works.

I made many, many floating faces into colorful pancakes on the floor.

Didn't see any sort of potion or way of health recover, and my approach to combat was the jam on the JKL keys until the thing in front of me became a greasy spot.

Not my favorite, but some good visuals here.

I like the dungeon visuals and the controls feels good. Nice atmosphere too. Combat was a bit simple but still good job :)

Good visuals, the movement and attack was a bit confusing but overall well done for a first jam.

Congratulations on your first jam!

I like the vibes and visuals, but got hopelessly lost even on the “baby” map. I tried to just follow a left-hand wall, but it would help if the FoV was higher to let you see a passageway before you turned to face it.

The combo system makes it more engaging, though it seemed like I was stunlocking enemies as long as I kept hitting them at all. I would add some extra visual feedback on successful combos, if you were to keep going with it.
