This was fun! All the little details are there in the polish and juice, to make it feel good. I appreciate how the controls and collectables make it clear what to do ("collect me!"), so that it was very easy to get into the flow of the game.
I'll admit that while I was playing, I was too focused to take much notice of the art. But looking back again, I can see that the graphics for the enemies are inspired by the theme.

im seeing a pattern with the theme of these games...
oh yes, there was another shooter with this theme, i liked it less than ours though
im talkin about how like half of the games submitted take place inside the human body

Seriously fun game! I have to have a leaderboard next game I make, it makes me want to play repeatedly. Loved the power of stacking multiple power ups, but then I had to be careful of not spamming so much I lose points. Great game design!

Nice take on the theme, it felt like I was playing Space Invaders on steroids. I really enjoyed the chiptune soundtrack too, great retro vibes.

Cool game! Couldn't make it to wave 6 I think, it starts pretty easy and gets difficult soon. I like the weapons, it remembered me old school arcade games.
