Fun game, nice one bit graphics match and have great contrasting colors. I liked the audio and gameplay, which was pretty hard. I think a speed based difficulty setting could be a good implementation in the future. Great work!

This game was fun and definitely has potential.
Notes:
I wish I could pause in the level, but it does pause when I click outside of game. It would have been nice if the enemies were gradually introduced because it gets kind of repetitive in the format of the levels. Movement was kind of too fast. The momentum built up so quickly and jump was floaty at times. I liked the idea and incentive of the torments. The enemies were so bunched it, I feel that there could be more space and have them spread out
Overall, good work!
Really good fun! The controls feel great to me and I had a lot of fun playing. I'm going back in to play some more now.
Didn’t expect the story to be so impactful, certainly the highlight for me. Really felt like Binding of Isaac x Downwell. I thought it was pretty difficult, and a bit too slidely in terms of physics, but an overall good job.
Nice job! I love Downwell so this was a nice surprise of a game! The gameplay was fun, although a bit hard for me, I only reached level 5 so I'm not sure how many in total there are. Although there were only 3 enemy types besides grandpa, they were all quite different and unique, especially the spiders, well done on them! I was able to unlock the whole story and the ending did leave me thinking about my own grandpa who passed away while I was at a young age.
Really neat game! Great job! :)
Thanks!
5th level is the last, so you've seen them all, congrats! Also, not many reach that far, so it's pleasant to hear that you've got to it :)
And as for the amount of enemies and bosses, I initially wanted to rotate them by replacing one enemy by a new one each level, and creating unique bosses for each level, but, well, I got tired working on this game 😅
Thanks for playing my game and for your nice words!
great job on the game, it looks great and plays solid! Your story writing was quite good, I was hooked all the way through. The ending felt very personal, and relatable- I'll leave it at that.
Fun! I particularly like the spiders. Couldn't get anywhere with keyboard controls, but the gamepad worked nicely.
This is a lot of fun. It reminds me of down well a lot because of the art style. Those spiders are nasty xD also very nice of you to add mobile controls :)
