Theme interpretation
I was inspired by Georges Méliès Movie "A trip to the Moon"

The sound and graphics are really good! The animation style/shaders used really add to the charm of the game. The level difficulty spikes (heh!) a little hard, but I would love to see more levels with the different elements that were presented. I did mysteriously die a few times and had to reload the screen, but that wasn’t really much of an issue. Great game!
thanks for the feedbacks!
there was supposed to have more levels but... eh, time ahha
yeah, about the mysterious death, I noticed it on a video posted too. maybe some boxcolliders poorly placed, I have to check
The graphics is amazing ,I really enjoyed this game, well done!
thank you!
Very nice presentation (graphics and music) and clever platforming mechanics. I found some of the platforming fiddly, but it was easy to look past given the rest of the game. Good job!
thanks! fiddly because of the gameplay, or was it just too hard? thanks for the feedbacks
Very beautiful and poetic graphics and sounds. Loved it!
:-D
I'm just blown away by this game. Honestly the art, the suspenseful gameplay, the small story and the art again, just made this an absolute joy to play.
glad you liked it :-D
Art's really good. Had some graphical glitches, but nothing that affected gameplay. The mushroom growing is a cool mechanic and the whole story is nice. Music can end up being annoyingly repetitive during some sections. Overall a great entry and probably the best I've seen regarding theme interpretation.
thanks man! yeah the music is probably the weakest part
If i could give 6 stars for graphics I would. music loop grated a bit.
Hey thanks!!!
Amazing game! Excellent well balanced gameplay. Excellent visuals.
I just wish the music didn't play all the time. While very good it did get a bit monotomous after a while.
Especially when you have to try some rooms/levels more than one time to figure out the winning sequence.
Great job!
hey thank you!
yes about the music, I wish I had the time to implement my original idea, which was a more organic "every action plays a musical cell" but I ended up putting these "loops" the last weekend because it felt empty. Anyway, thanks for the feedback
When I first saw the character's gif on twitter for your game I was like: "Oh a Méliès inspired game, such a lovely idea" and tbh the execution is above outstanding, it trully feels like a French mute movie
thanks :-D your entry is great too
I had a great time with your game. The art was obviously amazing, along with the pacing and atmosphere. Great job!
many thanks! glad you liked it!
I like your game, I have a create a vieogame based in the same novel, but I havs to work.Do you like collaborate for a create a videogame?
thanks! You have to work you mean, you have another job, or you have to work on this project? Also, I'm curious, did you plan to make, like a full game based on the movie?
I have a other job like a professor, I plan to make a full game based in the movie but other concept in the history, i mean adaptative a new history based in the books of HP Lovecraft
I love the artstyle. Great game!
Did you create the soundtrack yourself?
It really fits the atmosphere of this game perfectly.
thanks a lot! Well, my original idea, was, because it's a mute movie, and we used to play a music live, that every enemy, or action we do, make a musical cell that creates a whole thing together. I had the idea when I listened to a certain track by Erik Satie called Relache:finale. So, most of the sounds are recreations made in GarageBand to emulate the sound of real instruments. In the end, no time left, and it wasnt really working, so I ended up incorporate actual samples of that track, that I made loop at the same BPM so it fits together.
