Love the tunes, and the great pixel art, especially the background work. I think either the controls or the collision needs to be tightened up a little, I had trouble grabbing onto walls and I dunno, they just didn't feel quite right and responsive to me, somehow. Nice submission!

Very very good design, the character feels heavy and that's very statisfying. However button mapping is extremely counter intuitive. It's not only that it's not usual, but also that it works against the muscle memory one might have from other platformers :/

I loved the visual style and music, all feedback sounds are really immersive, this is very good job. I am sad this one simple issue prevented me from simply playing the game :c

Congrats on finishing your game!

Gorgeous art and presentation. This looks really nice overall. And the music was a nice fit without being overpowering or distracting.

I couldn't get a hang of the controls though. The wall climb felt unreliable. I got to the screen the starts with a long drop onto a collapsing platform and could never make it past the spike walls reliably. Needing to press a button to latch on just didn't feel right and I wasn't given enough time to learn it before being thrown into the challenging platformer elements. And I had a frustrating bug that caused that first collapsible platform to not reset with the level. If you collapse it, then die to the spikes before it respawns, it appears that it's respawn timer is reset, too and so dropping down immediately will just land the player in the spikes.

I wish I could have gotten to see more of the game, but I don't know that I can invest so much time to master the controls for a jam game. I don't think I got to see much of your theme, either. Unless you were relying on difficult controls to sell your theme lol

Still, congrats on making your game. I hope you're proud and that you keep making games!

I love the choice of character colour palette compared to hte background, it really pops, and i never lost my PC. I also love hte trees in the background image, they look beautiful.

The controls are Celeste-like, which is super cool. I struggled a lot with the wall climb, particularly dismounting at the top of a wall. Everything else felt great.

Really nicely done game! Very good pixel art level design. Controller are a bit hard to handle but it`s ok :)

I liked the art consistency and style.  It was very retro and well constructed.  I really liked that I could choose levels out of sequence.  Nice job!

Nice game! Reminded me of Celeste.

I loved the art style and the audio of the game! Great work!

Coool platformer but my little finger died from over exertion)

Nice tribute to celeste. Liked it, but found the controls and the difficulty increasing very fast.

Playing with a non english keyboard makes this unnecessarily difficult, its a bit clunky switching between the 3 + arrow keys. Looks and sounds great and a good idea nonetheless

Cool platformer, dash and wall climb animations were great. Good job!

Got up to screen 3 of "my hands hurt" before I decided to put the game down. There's some good ideas, but I feel like I'm fighting the physics and momentum systems more than I'm playing the game. Trying to wall cling and sliding down into spikes is annoying. The writing doesn't do much for me either.

Really cool game, very fun (and hard!) to play. Couldn't get through all levels, which is a good thing (it was more than I expected!)

Simple game with difficult controls :)

Great art! The flashy dash looked really nice!

Controls were a bit difficult to get used to but overall great platformer!

Very fun little game, nice platforming challenges with a variety of ways to solve issues. A few comments:  hazard and enemy hitboxes are too dissimilar, often I found myself dying without touching the graphic of the hazard. Climbing is a bit slippery. At one point the text didn't advance on button press and then advanced some time later.  Overall good but certainly a bit jank at times.

Nice graphics and theme interpretation, but the controls were hell :/ couldn't play it very smoothly

I really liked the character, the music and the gameplay. Had fun playng this game! It's really difficult but I think that was the point so great job! The controls are "weird" but it might just be me or maybe that was the point to make the game even more difficult.

Overall really good job!

Had a lot of fun playing through this! had some tough levels that were a great challenge.  Love the art too - great work!

I enjoyed the level design, some cool ideas in here. It was really hard as well but I appreciate the quick respawns. The hitboxes felt a bit unforgiving at times but good work overall.
