Genuinely really great concept and executed very well. This was fun. The first time that the moving platforms were introduced really elevated this from a good game to a great game, as you have to learn to juggle two different inputs at the same time. I would really encourage the dev to develop this farther after the jam as it's genuinely super. Great job.

I love the concept, but I was stuck in level 2... need some hints

Its practice of hand to eye coordination. In my case it shows my left brain doesn't want to talk to right brain too much, which is interesting to see in specific example. I like the game mechanic, the difficulty level rises slowly and I enjoyed reuse of levels with a new twist.

nice cursor mechanic and the moving platforms really gives a difficult

Got the idea. Brilliant. I thought platforms only disappear, but collision is also turned off. Nice. It was hard to coordinate jumping and trackpad too, but I managed to do it anyway! Really nice concept. Had fun! And thank god you respawn the player at the start of level, not at the start of game!

Try out my game too

It took me a little bit of practice to keep my mouse in line with my movement. A little bit like rubbing your stomach and patting your head. But this fits the secret portion of the jam very well. A lot of your jumps are REALLY tight, even at the beginning, but I can tell that this is supposed to be that sort of game by how easy you make it to restart after failure. Simple concept executed well!

Brilliant! Very smart use of the Theme and the limitation. It's also quite challenging to coordinate mouse + keys to solve the puzzles

Cool puzzle game.

Probably the best interpretation of the theme that I have seen so far. The hover to reveal platform mechanic was brilliant - I really liked the puzzles that involved platforming while revealing new platforms.

The art and sound effects were lovely too. I could not get over the death animation.

Fantastic work :P

Excellent interpetation of the theme with a brilliant idea to make such an ancient genre fresh.

Too bad about the lack of music

Developer

Thanks for the comment! It's my first solo project, and sadly I didn't have time to delve into music. I'll make sure to add music to my next games!

This game truly deserves to be a platformer, much congratulations on that. Nice Art too. Personally, I believe having a UI element to display the area of what can be shown can help the player's ability to make decisions and make it more user-friendly. All in all, great game and unbelievable that you got so much levels up and running.

Thanks for the review! The area display was something I had in mind, but I had to finish some other stuff. Funnily enough, was stuck with 5 levels for the longest time before the moving platforms idea came along.

A really great mechanic, I've never seen that before! I like how the walls light up when the cursor is nearby.

It's pretty challenging so I'm thankful for the quick reloads and infinite lives.
