Game description
Step into the role of an archeologist, exploring the crumbling remnants of a forgotten civilization. Find yourself standing before a colossal golden gate, its surface etched with symbols that seem to hum with energy.
Scattered across the ruins around you lie mysterious cubes, each one radiating power - the keys to unlocking the gate. They beckon from hidden chambers, secret passages, and forgotten sanctuaries. Each one you find will take you a step closer to unlocking the gate’s secrets—and revealing the truth of the vanished people who built it.
But the closer you get, the more you sense that this place is watching. What lies beyond the gate? And will you be ready when it opens?
Theme interpretation
We incorporated the theme of secrets into both the lore and gameplay. The archaeologist discovers a lost ruin and explores it to uncover the mysteries behind the door. Additionally, some goals or treasures are hidden within secret paths and tunnels that the player must navigate and figure out.
Wildcards used (optional)

Good fun, great job. I managed to soft lock myself on the red island but still really enjoyed it.
Nice game))
Very artsy game. Reminds me of some early 2000's platformers in a way. I found it enjoyale exploring the map. The Puzzles seemed the right level of difficulty for me.
For improvements, maybe add 8-directional player animations instead of just 4. It could look a bit janky at times.
Great job!
Thank you for the suggestion. We will be making a few improvements post-jam that we ran out of time to implement. Glad you enjoyed it!
Oh my god this game was beautiful. It was a combination of Fez, Tunic, and Monument Valley in the best way possible. Placing the player next to the door made your goal clear from the beginning (great game design), all the puzzles with moving the camera (and the stone structures) were unique and fun, and all had that "aha" moment that made me feel very smart when completing them. The 2D visuals meshed very well with the 3D ones, too! Overall, amazing puzzle game, and definitely delivered on the theme of "Secrets."
Thank you so much for the kind words. Glad you enjoyed the game!
I loved this type of puzzles, simple but effective , and the style and graphics reminds me of Tunic. Grate job
Cool puzzle game. Not very convenient when the camera is fixed and I can't control it.
I liked the way the game looks and sounds. Went through it 100% in 13 minutes.
Good job! =)
Thanks for the feedback. Sadly we weren't able to figure out a really solid way to smoothly transition between free-camera and guided cameras within the time limit, but that is something we are aware of and definitely want to try to improve post-jam. Glad you enjoyed the game!
It has the visuals of Paper Mario, but the feel of an older 3d platformer game. The experience for me was calm and focus, which the music and the visuals do well to instill. Man, this controls well too. I think what comes to mind for me to keep attention once you've got it is maybe some more non platformer obstacles or an option to move a little faster once you've got the hang of what you're doing. Thanks for the play!
Very fun game, I loved exploring the map and the music set a great ambience. The green cube was so difficult to get, and trying to find all the coins was a good challenge. I really liked the papery protagonist art style against the rest of the 3d world, it was a very pleasant setting. Great work!
Incredible game, the art and music were so lovely! It took me a while to realize I could rotate the camera, zoom in and click on objects to make them move, but I did eventually figure it all out. You all did an amazing job and should be proud. I got to the end in around 12 min and the getting the green cube was the trickiest part for me.
