Game description
Dad's Computer
Have you ever wondering what's on your dad's computer?
How to play~
You will need to use both your mouse and keyboard

You've always wondered what secrets your dad is hiding on his computer. Now that he's gone on a business trip for a few days, you finally have the chance to uncover them. Once you're at his computer, you'll see various files, folders, a taskbar, and several apps. Explore everything—click on files, double-click if needed, and don’t forget to interact with the taskbar. Not everything will open, but stay curious. Keep track of all passwords you discover—they'll be probably crucial later.

Good luck, and be careful. Secrets are not always what they seem.

Before you start~
-All files can be clicked, but not all of them will open something

-Some files or windows may require a double-click to open

-If a window doesn't appear to open, try moving some of the other windows around or attempt to open it again

-If the password does not have a keypad, you will need to type it using your keyboard.

-If you open something using a password and then close it, you will need to open it again using the same password. In this case, the password will already be entered for you.

-Avoid dragging items out of view, as you will no longer be able to access them.

Theme interpretation
The theme gave me the idea of make a puzzle based game where you uncover the secret your dad is hiding on his computer. Instead of just a bunch of puzzles that only unlock someting, the theme gave me the idea to make the goal finding your dad's secret. I knew I wanted the game to look like a computer, so the theme gave me the idea to create several passwords and files that contain clues that lead to your dad's secret.

Very neat little game, I quite enjoyed my playthrough! I was expecting Dad's secrets to be dark and twisted and it was a pleasant surprise that he was more of a James Bond than a Jeffrey Dahmer. Super unique take on the theme. The gameplay was different and a fun little puzzle to solve, even if it wasn't too difficult or time consuming. The background music was a bop, and the aesthetic of the scene is very nice, the limited color palette works very well here. There was an issue with the game window size and I had to use the browser horizontal scroll bars to see different parts of the scene which was a bit annoying. I think a more fleshed out story would help take this game to the next level, but overall I had an enjoyable time with this game. Great entry!!

Nice game, but there's too little plot, it'd be nice to see the continuation of the story. I don't think releasing games 6 seconds before deadlines is fine, try not to take risks again.

Really great game! There were a few times I could not click to open folders/files/settings that I should've been able to click or move the tabs around, but after than that it was really good. I would love to see harder levels/tasks in the future. Good work!

Liked the game and all the small password collecting theme. Played till the last but got stuck on the Top Secret Password, maybe I am missing something. The music is quite fitting, and I praise the simple look of the desktop. The hints are well crafted!

Nice, overall. Hope you enjoy my submission too!

Lots of small password-finding puzzles, and some simple evaluating of clues, overall very easy and non-stressful. Nicely put together (didn't get lost, only had a few slip-ups).
