Nice idea, maybe adding some parameters to give some extra control would have been fun?

Interecting concept! Thank you! :)

Really cool game! I guess I just don't have enough brain cells to understand how to properly play the game, even with the instructions D:

Always fun to see life evolving with those kind of games, great execution! :)

Good application of the classic "game". Keep up the good work!

Interesting take on Conway's Game of Life which is sometimes referred to as to 0-player game. Well, you've found a way to turn it into a single player game. Good idea :-)

I know there is a way to make a flying machine... I just need to find it. Great game!

Really smart interpretation of the game jam's theme, I didn't expect that :D

It's life Jim, but not as we know it.

Requires brain to play. Having said that, I still haven't found a solution that gives more points than just placing a bunch of 2x2 cubes or z-shaped pieces. :D But i definitely had a lot of fun playing around with different shapes and trying to understand how the system works. Also, that's a pretty cool take on a concept of "Life in 2D", with literal cells reproducing and dying out. Might come back to it to give it a proper think. Good stuff!

Loved your game, friend! I've rated it. Could you spare some time to play and rate my game?

Placing just 2x2 at first playthrough confused me cuz it seemed so optional if i just place bunch of 2x2 cubes and get bunch of score since they dont die out and just stay there till the end. i dont know is that indented or not

Hi, Thanks for playing my game, Creating a 2x2 is a allowable and will generate lots of points but you have a limit on how many you can start with so there are better ways to place cells to generate larger blocks and can beat the score from a 2x2 block alone. Some patterns of cells can create moving blocks too. the aim is to see how much score you can achieve form the limited arrangement of starting cells. I hope you have enjoyed this game and give it a rating, Thanks again.
