Super cool game! I really liked the mechanics, especially how the platforms are interactable in both dimensions! Great job! :D

My brain is split now XD

It’s really confusing sometimes to try to understand that I’ll jump on the air in the position and I’ll not fall

The game is really great though, and the level design is impressive, this can actually become a full game after the jam

Thank you! :)

Such a beautiful game and very well done platforming. Even if I'm not a puzzle lover myself, I would see this taking it more to that aspect with possibilities being endless here. The how to play was so cute as well and the whole game just looked amazing and music fitted it well. The actualy platforming was genious as well, like you could use the platforms from both worlds and it just always had a small thrill jumping on "top of spikes", even if the other side had a platform there.

Great job! Of the top of my head, can't really think of a critique now, maybe some kind of checkpoint for getting one of the keyes could be one option, last level (I think it was the last one), I had to do it couple times of a mistake and always had to run left and then back all the way to the right and last time it was already a tad annoying :D Maybe even just drop the other key were you died or something.

Other than that very well done, more levels and even more difficulty and puzzles and you for sure got a keeper here!

Thanks for the kind words and feedback! Checkpoints are a really good idea, especially for the larger stages.

It's great that you just get in and listen to the chill and beuatiful music and then head into the good introduction page. The concept of these two dimesions is so great beacause the block of different dimension can be apply to both world, this mechanic is so cool and you really do the great mechanics design, amazing game, great done!

This is game ticks pretty much every box! The art is so well made and coherent, level design is getting the most of the mechanics and music + sfx are pretty well picked for the game's atmosphere. Love this!

Very nice work. I like how when you jump it shows more of the above level. Neat trick.

Loved it!  Played all the way through!  Good execution on the theme, good & intuitive control mechanics, cute assets and cover art, well put together game page.  All around a 5/5 game jam submission.  Really well done you two!

Thank you so much for the kind words! Portal Panic was so much fun!

You nailed the theme, this was a clever and engaging puzzler. My eyes were flicking up and down like mad, an unusual sensation for playing a game. Really enjoyed it.

My only advice would be death is pretty frustrating, I guess because the levels can be kinda large and movement is relatively slow, maybe, so it's a rough setback. Or maybe because it's hard to notice what killed you? I guess that's the whole idea though. I'm not really sure why actually, but it might be worth thinking about.

Thanks for the game!

Developer

Thanks for the feedback! I agree with your points and it's definitely something to think about, especially as the stages become bigger.
