wow this is super cool! it’s amazing how scary and tense it can be just because you are not sure where those monsters are.

really nice job on everything. the graphics are really well done! i’m not sure if the sound effects or music are within Game Boy specs, but this definitely seems like a game that could be on the Game Boy. music/sfx are fantastic! the music really sets the tense mood of being aboard a space station with monsters on the loose and i love the creepy monster sounds.

the ship itself is very mazelike. before i realized there was a map i wandered around for a while having no idea where i was going. it’s easy to get turned around and everything looks similar. none of these are issues with the map! very helpful feature. great job!

I haven't made it to the armory yet but I definitely plan on coming back to this to figure out where everything is! The bodies of your crewmates help as waypoints quite a bit. Excellent atmosphere and super well put together, amazingly well done!

This is the only game I rated 5 stars on everything. Properly terrifying, amazing graphics, fun gameplay, chilling SFX!

Thank you so much :D

Cool visuals, especially the brainvore creatures. Interesting to see the first person perspective!

Amazing visuals c: I really like it

That was great! The art is proficient and creepy, the soundtrack is cool, and the mechanics are highly competent. The atmosphere is simply excellent. I love the design of the creatures!

The volume settings are much appreciated! That being said, the default volume setting is a little loud.

The sound that plays when opening a locked security door is a bit louder than the other sounds. Is it tied to the volume setting?

All-in-all, great work!

Thanks for all those Kind words and yes the door opening sound ist on the wrong volume bus that slipped through my fingers at the end :D

I loved the atmosphere. It gave me C64 Project Firestart but in first person vibes. Very well executed game, congrats!

We put a lot of work into the games atmosphere, very glad that you liked it :D

Great submission!! I loved the creepy vibes and that the enemies could be just right behind you if you didn't pay attention...!

Great work! The difficulty really nailed it, as I finished on 1 HP. The map and orientation indicator made navigation straightforward and engaging. Survival horror is tricky here, and I really enjoyed this one.

Developer

The difficulty was quite hard to tweak, so great that it's not to hard. :D

I did get lost though its pretty hard to keep track of the paths

Nice, another game where you run from aliens on a deserted space station. :D I managed to escape with just 1HP, after downing the med kit I got on the way. Tip: don’t try to fight the monsters too much, running is more efficient. :D

I loved the graphics, especially the aliens design! I wish there were more diversity with environment though, because finding your way is very hard (but that’s an issue with my game too, it’s hard to make lot of art with the limit).

I had a hard time understanding how the aliens moved, sometimes they just disappeared in front of me.

I also hit a minor bug : on some doors (the keycards doors maybe? not sure), if I stood in front of them and opened then closed the minimap, I could not open the door anymore. I had to move once and come back and the door could open again.

Great game anyway! Is it 3D behind the scenes, or full 2D with handmade illustrations?

Great that you Like the Game ^^

The door Bug ist anyoing I will Look into that.

And yes the Game is fully 2d  with Sprite Illustrations that give that pseudo 3d effect.

Very good game compared to the others that I have tested, personally to have more pressure, it could have been good to have only 1 alien instead of having 40. Finally you just need to have a gun to repel the aliens , so I'm done with my whole life. A sensor that beeps based on an alien's location would have been scarier. But good!

Developer

Those are great suggestions, I am thinking of making an actuall GB version of the game in the future so thx for your feed back :D
