How does your game meet GBJam's theme?
We think we went all out on the animations to be very seasonal. Be it the grin of our pumpkins, the shifty walks of our shadows, and... well it's spooky Halloween. Heh! All in vintage green pallet.

OMG I love the game, the gameplay is really fun and the graphics are beautiful :D I hope you expand the game it has real potential :)
Really liked the art style! However the gameplay loop was a bit off to me. Nothing you plant attacks enemies by default and the cost of the upgrades seems very steep when starting. I think allowing some plants to shoot without needing an upgrade would have felt better.
Hopefully you can expand on the idea!

Great tower defence game! I think a thing you can improve, is to change the sprites when a plant can attack, for me was a bit confusing.

Great idea! A fun tower defense game and it looks really nice!
I really enjoyed it. Once I figured out to spam a specific plant for planting and sellling I was able to build up my arsenal quite well.
Needs a gentler difficulty curve, but the idea is great!
