Very fun game and I really liked the visuals! I was confused at first when I couldn't progress, but then I got it that I was supposed to kill all goblins. You definitely managed to capture the Ghouls 'n Ghosts/ Ghosts 'n Goblins vibes!

Amazing game! It plays and feels like a true gameboy game, especially for the time constraints it is an impressive result! The story is great and implemented really well, the graphics and music are stunning.
The text sometimes went through the border of the text boxes and when the harp is playing, the music sprite appears on the far left side of the screen where the stairs to bedroom 2 are.
Amazing! The game plays really well and is super fun! The art is absolutely fantastic! The only thing that gave me some trouble was the lags when there were too many enemies on screen, maybe having them spaced out a little bit more would be better.
But overall the game is incredibly impressive for such a short time! It really feels like a full scale gameboy game!
The first person dungeon crawling was done so so well! It really gave me the vibes of Dungeon Master or early Wizardry games! Maybe some environmental elements to help distinguish the later levels would have been nice, but the difficulty in navigation really helped creating a tense atmosphere.
And the art of the monster is amazing, really fits the theme even though it's surprisingly cute! Well done!
The idea is great and visually the game is already really nice! I also have to agree with what others have said, the collisions are sometimes off, making it difficult to really estimate the walkable paths. Also the dialogue on the fuse doesn't seem to be working properly, for me it always went back to saying that the fuses are blown and when I walked up to the door it suddenly let me in.
And maybe some visual hints that give an idea where to look for items would help give it a bit more direction, I was walking aimlessly until I found just one fuse and then basically accidently stumbled into four. With keys it was similar. I really liked the dialogue boxes popping up to give some atmosphere/storytelling, but maybe it would be better to have them only appear the first time you walk through an area, when it appears multiple times it slows down the game.
But overall I can really see the vision and I'm excited to see where you take this! The monster chase sequence sounds great and I really like the vibe of the game already! A solid proof of concept for a horror visual novel on the gameboy!
