I kinda dig this alot, the "art", weird talking sounds, font and so on really come together greatly imo. I only wish the different wall objects etc had some rounded, squiggly corners to fit better with the "art"style.

This was funny! It did not freeze for me so I was able to go up at the end and see the turnip rolling by, which I think was a funny ending after waking up from what was supposed to be just a dream. The letter characters fit well with a quirky, dreamlike world, and I liked the sounds a lot, they were so silly, and your voice fit the environment well :)

I don't know why I love this so much. There isn't much to it, but despite that, you've managed to create engaging characters, an engaging world, and a really visually pleasing aesthetic. Nice work! (That "e" at the end is so random lol)

Good and weird.

Nice little story game, I got stuck at the bed bit but it was a very funny game with cute letter characters, nice :D

I Van! Perfect name. I like what you have here a lot, I just wish I could experience a little more of it! Like GhostBit, I also had the game freeze at the bed scene, but I like the little world you built here and story you set up around it is great. All the audio touches were really nice and I love the setup, but you left me wanting more! Great entry.

It's interesting and has a cool art style, not much content though. I just wish there was more stuff you could do in this world because it was pretty cool at first.

oh no! im so sorry!

basically, all whats left is you wake up, the voice line plays: blah blah, thank god it was all a dream
then you walk outside, and see a turnip roll by

I didn't experience the same problem as spoonsweet. It worked perfectly fine for me. Using the text to add texture to your game is a nice idea and I thought your game was weird and wonderful.

Developer

thats a relief!!!

hehe, thankus :D
being weird and wonderful is a personal achievement for me :>

I woke up but it was all a dream and couldn't move!

(you must have gravity enabled? )

Played again, this time talked to the turnip crazy man, went chasing turnips, yet after that he took me to the main screen and just slid through the walls. The dementia man kept saying the same thing, and it was gravity bed time again.

Really liked the speech noises and the thick letter styles! I will squint and not see the small eye pixels, that are ART!

Had great fun even if the game probably had more to play!

Developer

oh no! im so sorry this happened!
I sadly have no idea what on earth could possibly be the fix D:

nevertheless though, i'm glad you like it! and i will make sure to post a full gameplay video, if you are curious of what you missed
