Very lovely game. I included it in my GMTK Game Jam 2019 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Thanks to everybody who played and rated our game! : D  It's amazing that we got so many ratings throughout the week but the comments we have gotten have been super useful for making improvements thus far. We'll be posting a build tomorrow with some improvements that we made considering all of the feedback we have gotten. Again, thanks so much!

Outstanding execution on this idea! The controls were a bit floaty, but otherwise, very good! I like how it felt like I could keep my crystals momentum. :D

Similar one life/one bullet system as many of the other submissions, but well executed. A bit of tighter aiming would be nice.

Top notch design. Beautiful sound tracks. Nice graphics. All 5s.

Amazing for a jam game! The level design in quite good also for the given time. If I had one improvement to suggest is that maybe the mouvement could be faster.

Wow, this is something special. Beautiful art, clean design, fun mechanics, etc. All 5's form me. Very impressive.

Interesting entry! Lost the shard outside the level a few times somehow. The games shard throw is very reminiscent of 'In Death' the VR game. Good job for a 48 hour jam!

Wow, almost feels like a full game's demo, not the gamejam entry it is! Would have loved a button to recall the shard, if you accidentally misplaced it. As there a quite a few situations where you have to guess and threw your shard blindly, I think the game would also profit from a bigger screen size or at least an option to scroll through the entire room like in Celeste. Lastly I personally found the character movement to be a bit sluggish after all, maybe speed that up slightly and than it's perfect! :)

Really cool game! I felt myself adapting as I was playing and as the levels were getting harder. I really enjoyed the jumping and throwing to climb. Art  was really beautiful, sounds were satisfying, jump mechanic felt really smooth, and bouncing/the slight stick off the walls was really really cool. Only better thing to add might be to add more interesting monsters! Amazing job!
play our game if you want to! :D

this was pretty fun. Only a few levels short and sweet. I was hoping to see some more challenging levels. It actually reminded me of this game called Daggerhood that has pretty much the same exact mechanic. Pretty impressive for a 48 hour jam game.

Hey there, I played through your game in this video at 32:35

Great submission! I thought the game had a super high level of polish and zipping around with your shard was a lot of fun. Some comments: The shard doesn't work that well as a "hit point" because getting it knocked away often means your stuck anyways. Throwing your shard midair so that your character never touches the ground from start to end of level is awesome. That said, it's not ideal that often you're throwing off screen where you have no knowledge of what you're teleporting into. I might suggest adding an option to recall your shard without teleporting to it.

[from france] Really good game +++ !!! Maybe the controls on keyboard are not enough ergonomics !

Good entry here! You already have 400+ ratings, that say something :)

Personally I found the game really fun and engaging, and the polish is really good, my only take is controls, it felt a little counter-intuitive for the shard throwing part.

Good job!
