How does your game fit the theme?
Our game requires the player to maneuver to a goal in zero gravity. Speeding in any given direction by adding rockets to your ship is easy, but without any way to remove them, it's slowing down that's the hard part. Speeding into an asteroid will cause you to spin out of control. You can either attempt to avoid the asteroids or learn to control the spin with the only tool in your arsenal: more rockets.

Amazing graphics and really neat idea, but it could use with a larger play arena to mess around with the rockets before exploding.   Great work!  Definitely a top tier game!

Developer

Thank you for the compliments and the feedback! We're thinking of ways to improve the mechanics with the possibility of adding on to the project.

Interesting controls!  I've never seen anything like it!  Definitely feels out of control!!

Suuuper fun! I felt like I was fighting the camera sometimes, but otherwise, great concept and great polish. Congrats!

Really awesome job for 48 hours. The game is super polished. Artwork and particles really creates a nice atmosphere

Yeaaah managed to finish the level with 2 charges :D

The idea is really interesting, would definitely like a full game based on "puzzle-platformer" levels like that. The presentation is great too, and pretty amazing for a 48h game jam Oo, and you managed to find a good aesthetic which would definitely work out a jam ! Well done

Developer

Well done, the strategy is definitely to take it slow and be calculated with your placements if you want to get to the warp gate successfully. We wanted to make sure the game felt really good, rather than feeling OK and having more levels for the jam, but we will definitely update this page if we ever get a chance to expand on the idea.

I managed to place 10 launchers on the orb.

It was amazing!

Thanks for the feedback, sounds pretty out of control to me! ;-).... Glad you had fun playing.

Love the Synthwave

The game is simple...yet very complex, the 80s era motif and sci-fi theme was a wonderful touch! Overall the game is a solid 8/10. Wonderful work you all!

Taking control through placing thrusters is really clever! It's simple but fells polished too - well done.

Developer

Thanks for the feedback, simple but polished was kind of the motto we had going into this, so its good that it came across as such! Of course it can only be so polished for a jam though.

This is actually pretty cool! I love how you have to think about where you place your thrusters otherwise all chaos ensues XD Oh I hope you guys continue this and make it into a full indy game with other ships and levels! Its a great concept.

First, hey space game bro

Second, OMG HOW DID YOU MANAGE TO MAKE THIS IN 48 HOURS THIS IS AMAZING

I love the controls and the physics, the graphics look incredible, too bad it's this short! Overall, amazing game!

Thanks! :D
We would've loved to make more levels with different shaped ships to maneuver with. However, we decided to focus on presentation and polish.

I love the graphics and UI is looking niiiiice, but the only problem is you can't position yourself in advance for a successful run and once you start spinning you basically have no means of recovering from that spinning.
