what a clever game , really make you think!
very big brain time
awesome job!
Thanks Gore, I spent quiet some time on the idea and level. Glad you enjoyed!
Super hard, but super fun. Ice physics are a great way to send someone out of control.
Thanks fred!
I absolutely loves this game, so hard, I genuinely couldn't finish it and would love to see a full playthrough or something one day
thanks SNY, glad you like it!
The squares are hardly visible and for that planning your moves is really hard... But i really liked the concept of the game and the game was actually really fun... 😗
thanks for playing, yeah I think I messed up not accounting for zooming out, the tiles really get too small in that case. But thanks for playing the game, I am glad you still enjoyed it, appreciate it!
It's a really difficult puzzle game. But I like it. It's addicting.
Keep up the good work!
Thanks Skipper, will try!
This is a fun game, took me quite a few minutes to get the 4th control and a fullscreen option would be nice, the game's window is bigger than my resolution.
Thanks for playing bullet, sorry about the screen resolution, should have thought that out more.
I really enjoyed this game! I think I got to 56 control at the win screen, not sure if there was more I missed? I wish there were more puzzles, maybe some more mechanics later on. Please continue to work on it after the jam is over. The game made me feel nostalgic for some reason, in a good way.
Had some small issues with the freezing; it was sometimes frustrating because there isn't really a solid indicator of which tile you'll freeze on. Maybe draw a light grid around the player to indicate which square the freeze will land on.
Hey thanks cricket! I am not sure if I will continue, the code is really spaghetti because of the 48 hours haha. I have heard the freezing issue from other feedback as well, and I agree with it. But thank you a lot for playing and even finishing the game, appreciate it!
good game my friend i enjoyed
thanks my friend, glad you liked it ;)
This game mixes up sliding ice puzzle mechanics in some pretty interesting ways, all inside an expansive but minimalist world. Worth a play if you like chill games with a touch of twitch gameplay.
Thanks for checking out irreverent!
I really like the mechanic of only being able to move a certain amount of times. The simplistic art style and music are really relaxing
This is such a nice and tranquil game! I loved the concept, and the stop mechanic working like a key that opens new areas has me wishing for a metroidvania in this style! Though I have to say, the stopping can be tricky, which requires a little bit more dexterity, but I think you could shift the focus to make this game even more of a puzzler!
Amazing job! ✨
Really relaxing with some chill music. Cool!
Thanks for playing Unai!
Really cool idea! game is relaxing and i love the art style and colors chosen ;D
Interesting concept. Adding to the >slidy ice, oly turn when you hit a wall< mechanic by giving limited turns felt like a really natural fit.
Spoilers ahead:
I am not so sure about the powerup though. From a level design perspective it takes away a lot of ways to restrict the player. It adds a dexterity component to the game and therefore changes it away from a puzzle game.
But overall I had fun and like the puzzle part of the game a lot!

thanks tyr, agree with the powerup thing, I should have handled it more restrained. I already reviewed your game :), I am arkar on discord.
You should make it so you can't move towards a wall you're already touching. This prevents players from accidentally wasting a move when they don't move at all.
Difficulty is also very high. This is mainly because there's a lot on the screen, and many blocks are misleading. But that's the point, I'm assuming, that you'd need to figure out what isn't useful and what is useful. Took me an hour to finish the game at 90%ish completion. It's also a bit difficult preparing for moves that are very far away. There was one case where I thought one solution was viable, but I was 1 block off. Took me a good 15 minutes to realize it wasn't going to work.
When acquiring the red block, it trivializes the rest of the game. It's also tedious to time your stops precisely, and the camera and the block also jitters a bit if you stop outside of a snapped grid. I think you should have it so that red blocks are collected like the regular blocks and your stops become limited by how many reds you collect. Doing this means difficulty spikes to (limited moves * limited stops).
Overall, very fun and also very hard. Could be too hard though, if I were to give it a difficulty rating 0-10, 0 being easy as breathing, 10 being no one should even try to touch it, it would be a 6.
Again, really appreciate you took the time, I agree with everything you're saying. Some of it I already knew, but didn't have time left to fix, like the camera and block jitter, that was a bit lower on my priority list, so I ended up having no time left. But yeah I will keep these kinds of things definitely in mind for my next jam or game. Thanks again timmy!
I love it!
Was cool to play a game that the situation was under control and let me play with strategy.
A little bit hard, but engaging.
Thanks for playing!
very cool and thematic
Thanks! I tried my best with the theme.
Cool puzzle game, I love the looks of the game.
Thank you for playing, I didn't have enough time to really polish looks, I wanted a lot more, but cool that at least some got through!
Good game! Couldnt get past 3 controls tho hahaha
Oh no, have I made it that challenging. Thanks for playing though, appreciate it!
ok This is an amazing game, love the concept and the art through pixels. it took me a moment to figure out how the mechanics figure out and i couldn't get past 3 controls (i'll try again tomorrow) but tbh I would actually buy this game!
Thanks man, appreciate it
