It is very good game. Why rating of it is too small. It must be in top 100!
Lol! I kept trying mixing multiple combinations until I got them right and then trying to mentally memorize them until I finally realize there's a "recipe" bool :D Oh well, learn by playing I suppose :D
Fun, yet simple, ideal for a game jam!
Cute under pressure bartender game! I like the idea a lot and didn't find it too hard to remember recipes :D
Cool idea and good execution - art and gameplay wise
Thanks!
Fun little game! Some overcooked vibe ^^
I really enjoy the art - attracting and pleasing :). The way recipes are presented could use some work or maybe it is just a progression presentation (number of different drinks presented in each lvls) as the "memory" challenge is very interesting.
A nice feedback to add would be, once you have mixed, to know if your mix is correct or wrong - I wasn't always sure if it was the next drink or if I was wrong (specially if 2 drinks of the same type are one after the other).
Overall - really liked it :)! All the best!
Thank you! I agree the sound effect for right/wrong was not enough, especially if you get the same exact recipe again. I will be making it more clear in future versions. Thanks for your input!
Amazing game! great art combined with awsome gameplay makes this game just briliant and very enjoyable!
Thanks! I’m glad you enjoyed it :)
Fun game! I really like the art. I think this could benefit from a tutorial to start to make it clear there is a way to find the recipes. Good job!
Thanks! Good idea I think a tutorial would be helpful as well :)
Game is great! Everything plays smoothly, gameplay is interesting. Referring to the recipes each time proved to be a little tiring, but of course, its something easy to remember and I found myself recalling from memory some of the recipes too. Great art, and a great job! Congrats!
Thanks for your feedback :)
I think the recipes should be more accesible, so you can just see them without having to open another UI. But maybe this was also intended to make it a bit more stressfu
I agree, thanks for your input. For the next version, I have added it into a tooltip as well as the book so it is easier to access.
It is very pleasant to play this game - the sounds are well-chosen, the images stand out well, the pause while reading recipes is welcome. I am less impressed by how it interprets the theme: the drink mixer genre seems if not well-trodden, then at least not innovative, and I have failed to notice any interesting twists on it. A solid game on its own, but for me it just doesn't connect.
Quite a satisfying game! I like it! Perhaps could benefit from some kind of spawn system that means you're not waiting too long for a certain ingredient - I was waiting a fair few seconds for juice, whilst being surrounded by constant streams of limes, ironic. Unique interpretation of the theme!
Thanks for your feedback! I agree the spawning system is a bit too random, I have improved it for the next version :)
Cute looks and nice interpretation of the theme!
Thanks!
Well-made and fun game)
The only problem - timer for happy customer feels a bit unfair, especially with 4-components cocktails - random just don't give me the ingredients in time! I waited for around 10 seconds for a one cola can)
Thanks for your input. I rewrote the code for the next version so that it isn’t so random, and you get the ingredients you need faster :)
This was really well made. But maybe some chaotic factors could help make it way more fun :)
I liked your concept a lot, but I would recommend have all the ingredients stationary and not pausing the game when the recipe book is open.
I wanted to get so excited for this game. I love the concept and even the direction that the gameplay was going in. I think the recipes should be on screen, looking at the book reduces the flow of the game and you kind of lose that chaotic bar service vibe. Great visuals, good ideas.
I agree, I have some good ideas to improve the recipe book. Thanks for your feedback :)
good game with a nice concept, might have been better if it either committed to memory by making the game not pause while having the recipes open, or having them displayed for the active drink.
Thanks for the feedback. I think for the next version it will have a tooltip so you don’t have to open the book every time.
It was a concept thats seen a couple times in this jam, but this probably was the best executed one I've seen so far. Definitely a memory test!
Glad you liked it :)
I had this one customer order only daiquiris after daiquiris, but except from that I think I did a great barman job!
Cool concept, nice execution. Good job!
Thanks! The RNG is the most basic ever so I also noticed u can get some repeated drinks. Will definitely change that in future versions :)
