It is super simple idea, but could be endless fun, we need more levels! :)

Like the idea, like how it fits the theme perfectly lovely art...Can't wait for a full game :D :D

Fun idea! It would be cool to see how you could expand the idea with a bunch of different molecool types!

Really well done, made me feel like an incredible genius when I beat any level.

I made a game about joining to form a super character as well! But yours is better I think!

This is so freaking cool. such a great idea!!!

Good idea.  It's fun to play. the art is nice and uniform.

Small critic, the 3 level is a bit hard compared to the previous ones. maybe adjust the number of ennemies.

appart from that great work ! :)

Thanks for the kind words. I agree, its a bit rough to finish in this version :D

Loved the idea, and great execution! This was super fun to play, it's really great to see other people taking on the molecule idea. Plus the art had such a personal touch.

Super simple concept, but really nice!

Really cool Game.  The music was good an the gameplay was fun.

it was fun to play:) i like games when in art one feels 'personal touch' instead of generic art. good job:)

Interesting concept and was fun to pick and mix my guy. I found my thingy wasn't centered on the screen which meant I couldn't see what was ahead.

I died in the end because I spawned in the middle of a group of reddy shooters and got hit by about 20 red blobs at once.

One of my favourite ideas that I've seen in this jam so far. The concept of collecting randomly spawned modules to assemble an ever growing molecule is very fun. I like the cartoony aesthetic and the game is implemented well considering the time limits of the game jam.

If you choose to make this into a full game, then some improvements I'd like to see is making the movement more interesting with acceleration / deceleration curves and maybe making it more of a rougelite with random levels and such.

Developer

Thanks for playing, and the kind words <3. Yeah, movement is a big thing that could be improved, thanks for the suggestions.

Fun Game! I love the faces on the molecules! :D

Submitted(+1)

A fun concept! The movement felt a bit sloppy, and there we too many enemies sometimes. Anyways, good job!

Cool game. It felt pretty good to become a "molecule tank" :D

Cool mechanic. I loved the weird and hilarious combinaions I could make!

Submitted(+3)

Very intressting concept! I also made a game based on making molecules, but it's completly different.
