game was fun 5S for presentation
Read the controls on the game page, I didn't the first time around, nice though =)...
Nice job! The game has an interesting movement set and interesting mechanics such as the claw. I would suggests implementing an ingame tutorial to help with the control set. Overall I liked the art and gameplay of this entry, and had fun playing! :)
Thanks for playing! I agree that a tutorial would've helped ... there are a lot of mechanics to learn. Unfortunately it was a rush to just get the main mechanic done :)
Looks good. The controls are pretty hard to wrap your head around. It would also be good to have a tutorial walking you through the different mechanics, introducing them slowly.
Other than that, very fun. Great work!
It's quite challenging to play (whether or not that is on me idk); I couldn't get to the first slime,,,,
Anyway, it looks nice and sounds nice too! Good job!
It took a while to get used to the controls, but once I did the game was quite fun! Its doubly awful that I didn't read the instructions on your game page because I've had a same issue with my game ; people just don't read the instructions. So yea, sorry about that.
Once I plugged in the controller instead it made a lot more sense to me.
Dropping the slimes with the claw feels way more satisfying than I would've ever expected.
the grapple mechanic is pretty neat! overall, the game feels kinda unfocused and also hard to figure out - maybe it'd be good to focus more on the one core mechanic?
If anyone else is stuck, make sure you read the instructions on the game page, not all the controls are explained in-game.
I like the art style a lot! Got a little confused on what I was supposed to do and how I could do it but moving stuff around with the claw feels nice.
I liked it! it has a bopping soundtrack and the controls feel responsive (toooo responsive), its fun but challenging (note the controls on the main page, its hard to get anywhere without them)
