cool game, sound, and graphics are all good.

Insane amount of polish in this game, it managed to be too much for my dinky little laptop to handle, but thankfully I was still able to play the game in full.

That being said, I had a lot of issues with stuff becoming haunted directly in front of the ghost hunters, with no way of me being able to fix it in time.

Interesting idea, funny sound design and visually everything is fine. The voice acting of the piano is a separate respect) Good luck)

Incredibly high production value, such a feat to get 24 people involved in a project with such a short time limit! I enjoyed playing it, however once the hunters split up I found it impossible to keep the entire house under control.

Now that is a lot of devs and ones I recognize too haha, this is a really fun game, Great visuals, audio and narration. The concept is really good, great idea to litter the walls with candles and paintings  this makes careful movement really fun, on my first run I was activating a lot by accident, on my second go I did much better and survived until 1am, I did get caught out by a large painting in the top left of the map that wouldn't deactivate no matter how many times I tried (I think this also broke the icons to show where interactions were happening) but It didn't bring down the experience. Really nice touch with the photos of the object afterwards, very impressive submission.

There's an insane amount of effort and polish that went into this! I love all the funny references in the map and in each item! The voice acting was also really funny haha. Took me a while to figure out that the investigators can't actually see you haha. Nevertheless I had a lot of fun!

There's an incredible amount of polish in this game, your team clearly had great communication and teamwork.  Outstanding for only 48 hours. The piano gave me a good laugh!

This is super interesting and super well polished. I can tell that you properly took advantage of your large team and made something to the best of your abilities and it turned out great! The design is very good and a lot of the decisions you guys made show good foresight. I also thought the announcer was a nice touch. Great submission!

Super well put together, especially given the 48 hour time limit! Some miscellaneous polish things aside (I saw the ghosthunters walk through the piano - how do we know they aren't ghosts too?!), the voicelines felt kind of like they just happened at random. Also, a timer on how long you have before the ghost hunters lined up for their photo actually press the shutter would be nice - sometimes it felt like I had all the time in the world to stop the painting, and other times it felt like they just lined up the shot and took it immediately.

Still though, the fact this was put together in 48 hours is mindblowing. Massive props to everyone involved!!

Great feedback! I'm not totally sure, but it very well could be that sometimes they take the shot faster than others, which doesn't feel fair.

Damn, this game had a huge team! Even AIA and Jonas Tyroller worked on it, lol 😅

I would be surprised if this polished work of art didn't get into the GMTK wrap-up video.

Impressive game! It is very polished, fully sounded, and gameplay is not hard and is not easy at the same time! You've done a great job guys!

Cheeeese!~ c:

My god, that's an impressive game. Not only is it fully animated in 3D, but the gameplay is great too, it has voice acting, polishing, etc.

I can't imagine the coordination it must have taken for that many people to work on it with so little time, what an achievement.
Congratulations to the whole team! =D

Thanks so much!

I'm not sure how you managed to co-ordinate such a large team but you all definitely managed to create a great game. The graphics are where the game really shines. I think the gameplay is maybe lacking a bit of variety (but that's understandable, it is still a game jam).

Developer(+2)

Thanks so much for your honest feedback. Glad you enjoyed the visuals so much! The art teams did so well!

Submitted(+3)

It is a game very worked, polished and finished. It's simply better than many commercial games. Very good Congratulations.

A very cool and fun game. The voiceovers are a bit random in my opinion, I kept assuming "say cheese" was when the hunters are preparing to take a photo of an object, but they were just strolling around. I'm impressed by the amount of people working on it, having that kind of coordination in 48 hours is crazy haha. I like the graphical design and the art!

Developer(+1)

Say Cheese is definitely *supposed* to only happen when they're preparing to take a photo of an object, so your gut feeling there is right, but it's not quite how it worked out. 😅

Ahh I see, game jams and time limitations amirite haha

Luigi's mansion, but the ghosts are keeping the property value high. Truly a banger game.

Submitted(+1)

Really well presented. I wasn't a big fan of the voice acting- didn't feel the lines were mixed well and fit with the rest of the soundscape- but certainly impressed with the whole project so that's my only nitpick!

Submitted(+2)

Top notch presentation, makes me think of Luigi's Mansion which i loved! Simple but effective gameplay, and quite immersive! Good job all around!

Hard to say something others haven't. Amazingly well put, from the concept to the art, the environment, and even the name! There is something so inheritingly cool about a singing piano.

Incredible work folks!

Amazing polish and graphics! I also loved the amount of detail put into the design of the house. I’m always impressed by how people can coordinate such a massive team in a game jam. If I had a critique, the gameplay itself didn’t quite grip me - it mostly boiled down to just moving from object to object and waiting for the meter to fill up. Overall, very nice and polished game!

Developer(+1)

Thanks!

This is a fair critique.  There were a lot of systems we had to integrate before we could start playtesting the game, and it didn't leave us much time to pivot or explore other things that may have been more fun.

Adding mini-games you need to complete in order to "fix" the things being haunted could be a really cool way to get variety.

Submitted(+1)

That’s a cool idea! I can see this one as a very fun full release.

Developer(+1)

There will likely be a post jam update but it would mostly bring in line the systems with our original vision to a reasonable level rather than adding mostly new content
