Fun game! Main thing I noticed is when the knight was swarmed you felt a bit helpless as you couldn't get to the corpses to loot them. Would have also liked to have the knight's health on screen as well as my own.

I was genuinely not sure what to expect when i started and within a few minutes I got it. This is a really clever take on  the theme, and it plays really well. My feedback is that sometimes when the mobs of enemies are really coming at the hero, it can be hard to cleanup and get potions, etc to help him, and as the mobs keep coming in there are too many for him to effectively move. My suggestion to fix this, is to allow the player to ping their current location with a button press, like a fakeout or decoy of some sort that pulls the enemies that way briefly (this ability should be on a timer). Outside of that feedback, I like the synergy of the player killing, and us cleaning up to get stuff to help the player, its cool that we lose if he sees us and as such we have to guide him elsewhere so that we can get cleaning and actually help him. Really well done.

We were trying to avoid the situation where Hero gets stuck between enemies, but still is sometimes happened. But ability for Garbage Collector to move them away is really good solution.

This is def in top 3 I've played so far (couldn't pick top so far). Was clever creative game, and polished with all the different power ups. Would play a full release of the game. Maybe could have small time before the hero notices me though, seemed pretty instant. And sometimes the hero would end up with piles around them I couldn't get to. But overall, Kudos!

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it.

The idea of some reaction time to Hero is really good idea. We maked the detection collider smaller than the actual screen, but sometimes it still felt litle bit unfair. Also the reaction time would make sence in setting of the game, because it also takes some time before players register something that just showed on the screen.

Maybe it could even be some game mechanic, where you can help player when he is surrounded by hoards of enemies, if you manage to leave the window fast.

Nice concept. Maybe I didn't notice but I would also like to be able to kill enemies...there were so many that the hero didn't move from his pile of 20 dead enemies and so he died because I had no more items to help him...

Finally, some useful feedback. Thank you so much.

We wanted to keep killing enemies only for the Hero and tried to give rid of the Hero being stuck in one place. We added spawning enemies to different direction than corpses were from the player, enemies avoid corpses to some level, but as hard as we tried there still will be some moment when Hero was stuck.

Maybe some weak attack for the Garbage Collector or some other way of getting potions would be useful.

Or maybe give the hero a dash attack that just moves him a  long distance - with a wind up and an indicator for the direction so you can move out of the way if you have too - would also add a lot of movement to the game in general

And you might give the player some little power ups like invisibility so you can enter the hero screen for limited time

Wow, really good ideas. It will for sure make the game much better. The invisibility will be useful for the player too, so he could escape enemies when he is on low health.

Great take on the theme! I like how the enemies chase you can can also destroy the health potions you drop for the player. Nice work!

Yeah, it could be interesting to see it. We didn't have much time to polish the game, but we have a lot of things planned like more screenshakes, particles, sounds...
