Helpful clear instruction, useful when it went green for getting the answer right.

Really cool idea and well polished well done! I feel like you could even expand on this to make an educational game on how to code :)

Submitted

Would be cool if you then got to also test out bits of the game after coding them :)

The gameplay was very relaxing and fun (if only coding was this easy)

And the videos were also funny at some points which was nice :)

All in all, a very great game!

Great concept! Everything felt smooth and polished! Loved the videos, too! Good job!

This is incredibly clever and a lot fun. it reminds me of the Hour of Code from high school. The video presentation is great, and I think the gameplay actually is pretty fun!

I admit I was skeptical at first, but this is a really enjoyable package. Nice work!

FMV for the win! Fantastic presentation with the video, gives the game it's oomph, and motivation to carry on! Interface is intuitive, and the puzzles are at a nice level.. not too hard, not too easy! I know a few people who'd like to learn programming, I would certainly share your little game with them, I believe it would be a great introduction! Well done on a fantastic entry into the jam! Full marks! :D

I think many of us thought about letting the player coding the game, but this game is one of the entries I tried and heard of which did it properly. The videos lagged a lot and that was an unfortunate thing, but luckily I understood everything even without the guide. Good job, I hope you managed to get a…day off!

Super clever concept and presentation with very intuitive UI/controls. Excellent idea incorporating the videos. Could see this even being quite a valuable leaning tool for students as a fully fleshed out concept. Fantastic job!

God tier presentation. Loved it!

Loved the presentation and game style. I think this could make a really cool educational game!

Loved it! Very fun little game. I love anything with FMV elements.

Very clever. How dare you make me finish the game for you. Nah I'm kidding I had fun streaming this. Thanks for making it.

Super creative submission! Great idea with cute execution, and would loved to have seen more!

Really creative + entertaining way to implement the "you are the programmer" idea! I could totally see this being expanded further into some sort of "how to code" game.

Fun and educational. If you add a system so that you can actually try for yourself what you're programming, it would be even more fun. I can definitely see potential here for some sort of learning tool.

Loved it, reminded me of trying Scratch for the first time

Maybe I'm biased because I "love" programming (I put it on quotes because it depends on the day lol) but I really loved that concept. It would be even funnier if you could greenscreen yourself so it looked like you were at the beach just supervising the work. And it could easily become a fun way to teach people basic programming logic, especially kids. Awesome work
