If you have enough speed and a car is parked in front of the way out you can still make it to the hitbox for completing a level^^
I first didn't read the top left with click and dragging other cars and just tried to push them with mine...would also be cool

Developer

Yeah for sure! Lots of regrets for not incorporating the player car more into the levels. thanks for the feedback.

Be sure to check out my game too!

Definitely some of my solutions are not intended to the point it's cheesing, but brute forcing the puzzle seems to fit the game name, and as someone that isn't big with these kind of puzzle games, I had fun! Great work!

I solved traffic!

It's a little glitchy sometimes, pretty sure some of my solutions were not the intended ones! I got stuck a lot too, and sometimes the other cars in the puzzles would refuse to move, even if I wasn't blocking them with the race car. But niggles aside, it's a very enjoyable twist on a classic puzzle game. I haven't seen anyone attempt to add new mechanics to this sort of sliding-block logic game before.

I found I had to Austin Powers 48 point turn quite a lot. That could possibly have been solved by letting the car continue to turn while blocked by a wall. Similar to the way it can slide along a wall at an angle. I don't know how many puzzles that would break, mind.

I'm also not convinced it fits the theme perfectly. It's not exactly a role reversal - more a role extention and genre mashup. That's not to say I don't like it. I thorougly enjoyed my time solving all 14 of the levels! If the other cars say, moved when they could, rather than it being your choice to drag them around, that might have been more on-theme.

Congratulations on creating a lovely working finished game in 48 hours. No easy feat!

I really liked the game and solved traffic but sometimes I had to turn my car around and it took ages :D As mentioned before, I also didn't get what the ice cars are meant to do :(

Wrecking the rusty cars was very satisfying. I love the art and overall the game is very polished. Got stuck on level 7 though.

Great game, played all the way through! I like the combination of a claustrophobic puzzle game with a fast car. I think some puzzles I may have accidentally solved in an unintended way due to the fairly generous area that counts as winning, but still some very cool puzzles!

Great game! Had a lot of fun while playing it. Solved all the levels! But I didn't understand what the function was of the ice cars, because it seemed to me that they behaved just like the regular cars. But the levels were fun! Good job.

Developer

Thank you! Ice cars are dragged all the way to the end, but we couldn't get a level that used that property fully. After the jam we might, though!

A very good puzzle game. The movement seemed a little annoying at times but overall it was fun to play!

This is amazing! good job!

I love the simple and colorful presentation. Always happy to see level transitions like this.

Although controls are not exactly my cup of tea, I can appreciate the game for what it is.

Good work!

Cool game! I feel like th theme could be explored a bit better, because at the end of the day it is 95% just a rush hour puzzle. Creativity aside, I can say this is a pretty polished and well designed experience, had a lot of fun, the menus are specially amazing, since there’s practically 0 wait time between levels. Good job!

Great game, enjoyed it a lot and completed. However, there are some bugs, in some levels I was able to drive through the cars

Developer

Thanks! Unfortunately that bug came up right before we submitted so we didn't have time to fix it. We'll upload a version of the game with music and bugfixes after the jam.

Submitted(+1)

I found a bug where you can jus go thru a car if the exit is behind it, I also don't think it feats the theme very well, but the game itself is well made

Developer

Thanks! We'll try to fix all the bugs after the jam is over.

This feels pretty complete for a gamejam, and the art was super cute! great work!

Developer

Thanks! We were very lucky to get one of our friends to do the art last minute.
