There is this popular idiom that I am sure almost everyone has heard that goes "Time is money". I just reverse it and made it Money is time. When you run out of money in the game, you die

definitely needs some balancing. In my experience if the game feels right to you as the creator it’s probably too hard. I have a non gamer friend test things out because it really helps with intuitive design.

Loved the level with the pile of money right to the left u have to kinda stumble across. The balance between playing it safe to avoid dying and going quickly to avoid running out of cash is really fun, and the overall vibe was just sick! Great work :)

Have to say, this is one of the finest game I have seen from the batches of Unity games entering this jam.
The game is quite hard, sure, but not impossible. In fact, it’s pretty enjoyable actually from my view.
The game also requires you to consciously paying attention to both money and your HP, which I think makes the game a bit more challenging yet still keeping it fun.
Overall, a decent game. Not the best game out there, but better than most.

Fun game! I especially liked the secret money in the wrong direction at the start of one of the levels, nice touch. It was difficult in parts, but it was fun replaying the levels over and finding the best approach to get to the end in time. I had fun, nice work

Quite fun, but way way way too difficult. Especially for a game jam game. The rule of thumb, if you as a designer can do it easily, then it might be the right difficulty for the player.

While I think the concept is quite interesting, I'm gonna be very honest here, I didn't really enjoy playing this. The execution is quite lackluster especially in terms of balancing, the gun deals too little damage and the enemies have way too much health for a game where you are literally racing against the clock. The art direction is rather inconsistent, with an art style that ins't consistent and assets that don't match up. The sounds could be improved but they are fine for what they are meant to represent. Basically, this game needs polishing and balancing.
Feedbacks like these are truly appreciated. It gives me an insight on my games flaws instead if just the good parts. Thanks a lot for trying out my game. I appreciate it and I will try my best in the future to avoid such flaws. Thanks once again!

I will try and implement a line for aiming after the jam is over. The enemy spawning was intentional because I thought the game would become too easy, but it just happened to be the exact opposite. I had initially implemented autofire, but continuously spamming fire made the game too easy to play so I removed it. I guess the best way to counter it would be limited ammo. And lastly for the collision glitches, that was fully on me because I saw them and I knew about them but just didn't have enough time to fix them.

It was fun! It has a really good concept with the fact of the use of the idiom “time is money” taken literally. The one thing I would add is a healthbar over each enemy but all in all, Well Done!
