The zoom in and out controls are inverted.

Really fun game with a creative concept, liked the procedural generation :)
I encounter a bug were the knights spawned on the chest :(

The design of the game, music,  and art. It was a really good game for only 48 hours and there is so much potential to make a longer game.  There were only  few problems that I saw, like the characters going out of bounds or it just taking  long time for the "hero" to get to the treasure.

Developer

thanks! I'm making a longer and more polished version right now!

Awesome procedural generation!

Great game, love the idea. Epic :)

This is nearly perfect! I see a future version letting me edit my placements before hitting start, as well as some traps or other objects, but it's great as is. The monster budget is a nice constraint on placement of monsters.

Developer

Thank you! I'm building a polished version right now and I've already added your feedback!

Nice little game! 😄

It is basically a tower defense! I liked that you could position the chest anywhere in the maze, and build defenses around it. It really made me seek out strategically beneficial locations.

Unfortunately, the heroes spawned directly on my treasure, making me lose instantly. But these sorts of bugs can be ironed out if you have more time after the jam!

Overall, I really like the concept! It’s a very cool game! 😁

Developer

Thank you very much!

cool game, great take on what I believe your inspiration was, the cardosseum or something? (Might be wrong but my guess) Great execution, tough game! Do wish hero spawns were marked, not random and sort of (almost) anywhere. gr8!

Developer(+1)

Thanks, I have not yet heard of the cardosseum, but I'll definitely check it out!

oh it's from some youtuber who didn't finish it :\ don't mind it kinda sad actually the way he was approaching it he couldn't figure out how to make it :\

Submitted(+1)

Very fun! I think the concept has been the best I've seen so far (but I'm biased since I'm a DM lol) but yeah! I think maybe some description on what each monster does would be cool? Nice game!

Developer(+1)

Thank you! Most certainly, I'm making a post-jam version right now and shall use your feedback!

WoW , such a deep game for 48H jam !

Developer(+1)

Thanks, I spent a lot of effort on it!

Really cool game I love the tower defense elements and how creative you can be in your setups, a lot of potential here!

Developer

Thank you!

Cool Game. Would be nice to know where the heroes spawned.

What a fun game! Really love this style of tower defense and thinking about the possibilities in terms of enemy types and other obstacles is really inspiring.

Developer

That's great to hear!

I had a similar idea, although in the end I went in a completely different direction. I'm glad I found a game with this concept, and I really enjoyed it! The game is well executed, and the art and music are great. Maybe I found it a bit too easy. Congrats!

Developer

Thank you!

It's very entertaining and fun, although after a few levels it starts to get a bit repetitive, but I really liked it

Submitted(+1)

Hey, I did something similar to this! I feil like yours is better excecuted tho. Great game!

Developer(+1)

Awesome, I just played your game! Tons of fun!

This is the best game I've played in the Jam so far.  Bloody brilliant!  The music, graphics, game loop, character movement, and placement are all spot on.  Just fantastic!  I played for a long time but left in a huff when I placed a huge army and the enemy spawned right on top of the chest.  As grumpy as it made me... as I write this comment I know the very next thing I am going to do is to play it again :)  Well done!  Fantastic!

Developer (1 edit)

Wow! Thank you so much. This means a lot to me! I will definitely improve on the game post-jam! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! You really made my day!

Submitted(+1)

I really liked your idea! More info to the user would make it so much better! Really well done for a 48h project!

Developer(+1)

Absolutely I will polish the game up post jam. I'm glad you liked it!
