One of the best games I've played this game jam. In the start it looked quite boring, because it took (for a game jam game) too long to upgrade the weapon. But then it was a ride. Fun, juicy, smart and so on.

Also all the assets from art to music were amazing. Now I have to go to every game that I rated and give them lower score for style XD.

Good job.

Developer

Damn ahaha really happy to hear you enjoyed it and liked the music and art to that extent...
Huge thanks for the kind words, and the feedback! :D
We agree that it takes too long to get the first upgrade :)

Just played your puzzle platformer and I had a great time! The idea of using the gun’s scale as both a help and a hindrance is super cool. The art and music were awesome too—really added to the vibe.

Developer

Big thank you!! Appreciate the kind words, glad to hear you enjoyed it! :D

What a fantastically creative game! The levels were designed so well for the different cannon sizes. I had a lot of fun, great work!

Developer

Thank you!! :D
We appreciate the kind words and I'm happy you enjoyed it! ^ ^

The platforming could use some polishing but man, give the level designer a raise!!

Really cool game. I would have loved to see enemies to slay with those big cannons!

This is such a cute little game OMG the only issue I think I had were minor things, bullets traveling offscreen if there was a screen transition and the way gravity just went ham and dropped you straight down when you do an upwards screen transition. I love the subtle changes in how you travel through the game with each upgrade it's so fun to travel through.

Tysm!! Very happy you enjoyed it and we appreciate the feedback!
Valid points, I'll write them down!

THE LITTLE SKELETON..., I ADORE THEM!!!!!

Wow, this is a really simple but highly polished Metroidvania! It’s straightforward, but the satisfaction of unlocking paths, just like in Metroid, was incredible! Thank you for such a great game! (The squished skull getting crushed as the weapon gets heavier was super cute!)

Developer(+1)

Thank you!!! :D Happy to hear you liked it, did you get to the end? :)

Submitted(+1)

Of course! Everything was perfect right up to the end :)

Quite clever level-design, despite the fact that the map really big I always intuitively knew where to go. Great job!

Developer

Thank you!! :D

Behold the QuadraGun! Which at the same time got me stuck somewhere where i couldn't go through.. "Maybe i suck, which i do too xD"  Besides that, AWESOME game, very good animations and level design, i love the idea of scaling weapons to solve puzzles, great work!

Fantastic metroidvania! Unfortunately I got stuck at some point with the 4 barrels gun. I know how hard is to design platformer with variable sizes because I also did that, and I only did 5 independent easy levels, a whole metroidvania are big words! Also love the style and specially the music. Well done!

Developer

Thanks for the kind words!
Unfortunately it seems many people got stuck at that part. I assure you there's a  way to continue (as far as we know it's impossible to get stuck anywhere in the game).
You gotta think outside the box to get past that part. :) If you ever give it another try and solve that puzzle I'd love to hear your thoughts again.
Either way appreciate you took the time to play it and write down feedback. I'll definitely be trying out your game too when I'm done with work today. :)
