I was super intrigued by this, and it's challenging. I'm curious what the Star Fox version of this game looked like. No amount of shrimp could save my fish where I was going.
LOVE the graphics. gameplay is fun too, short and sweet once i got the hang of it.
Great short atmospheric experience! I really like the setting and monsters. Good work!
This was an amazing game! I love the graphics, and the gameplay is great! Very fun :D
Nice athmosphere.
>NOTE: Some sounds are not working in the web version. We recommend playing the latest Windows build.
I was not able to decide which windows build of those 3 is the latest. You could write the specific filename in the description instead.
Ooh this reminds me of one of the Outer Wilds planets (if you know the one you know the one). Great atmosphere, and perfect for the theme!
very good game. loved the art style
very polished and extremely well done atmosphere! I think the light decreasing was kind of harsh, as it took me several restarts to even get a feel for how to play the game. I also beat it first without eating any shrimp, so maybe that could be included as a more important mechanic?
the bait and switch was phenomenal, complements super well with the darkness. I almost wish the darkness was slower so that the bait couldve been an even bigger jumpscare
Not gonna lie, turning around scared the absolute bejesus out of me. But what a really cool concept! The music was lovely and so satisfying when collecting the lights. Felt very crunchy.
It did take me quite a few times at the start where I couldn't quite figure out what to do, but once I got the hang of it I really enjoyed it.
Wow, incredible sound design and atmosphere! I really like how the gameplay loop of following the lights organically leads to that big surprise moment. Mechanically, I also like that directly hitting the glowing part of a tile refills the light meter instantly. There were a few runs that I was only able to salvage by passing that optional skill check, which was satisfying. Great work all around, I'll be thinking about this one for a while!
