I like the idea. but it's very easy to cheese. You always can create a bridge to finish.
Felt really nice to play! great work!
Of course I played all the levels twice! ;) That was so pleasing, very nice presentation (reminded me a little bit of "Thomas was Alone"). Great work! :)
This is brilliant, very smooth and clear. Im not sure what on earth was going on with the text because I couldnt read anything at all. When i completed all the levels, it reloaded and I could see it all properly. But thats funny, because I didnt understand how to stretch things. So i ended up finding a bug to get around the level before i figured it out later. By dying and holding e at the same time, you plop out blocks repeatedly without the animation. So i jumped really high and just used it to "bounce" over the gap lol.
Great idea tho, nicely made.
Wait, was the text thing intentional? Oh dear
Yeah it is ':D
Yeah, the third level has some scrambled words, but the words 'LEFT,' 'RIGHT,' and 'CLICK' are not, so they hint towards scaling. However, if you see the messed-up words as a bug, you might not consider them important. :)
Thanks for playing, though!
I like the little story, and hey I’m all of teaching that everybody poops. Jumping feels a bit floaty but otherwise fun
Lol, from here on you changed the my view of the "fragments" ^^'
very cool! loved the atmosphere and message. 🥹
awesome entry!!
Cool game! I loved deciphering the text of the tutorial. By the end I was basically bilingual (just kidding).
I feel like the scaling and climbing mechanics were really good but maybe not used to their full potential. Maybe all these mechanics would require a larger game to explore.
I had a blast playing and the mood was very cool, thanks for making this!
So that was I. Great game with cool scaling mechanic. Congrats!
This was a great game! I played it co-op with another person controlling the mouse and we had so much fun. Decoding the messages before it was revealed felt great. Congratulations on your first solo game jam!
Thanks! And funny that you say that, me and my 7 year old actually played it co-op like that too :D
The scaling mechanic made into spawning rectangle is a new one I have seen in this jam. Might need to make the spawning quicker though, the scaling might get too long in time. But good job for a 48 hours game. All that is left there is... is I.
Yeah, in hindsight, both the scaling and spawning are a little slow.
Thanks!
omg, that was.... I
If I'm less human, what have I left? just I.
Excellent game.
Simple, calm, and slow platforming. I really enjoyed it!

really cool game, i liked the atmosphere and the selection of music was spot on!
I managed to noclip once, and there was no backrooms unfortunately :C really cool game though, and interseting lore !
Nice game! The ability to spawn more blocks combined with the scaling mechanic was an interesting combination. I think there's a lot more potential for these mechanics that wasn't explored much in this game, but I enjoyed the levels that are there. The story element with the text initially being scrambled was interesting too!
A fun, clean puzzle game! I was also craving the little expand up while I'm on the block mechanic tho lol
Thanks for the feedback!
There was a good reason for me disableing this, I think. Can't remember what it was tho :D
This was pretty enjoyable! I really like how you themed it. It gave me Nier Automata vibes, with the encrypted text and discussion of humanity. Well done.
Thanks for the feedback, glad you liked the story :)
