Great art and cool game concept, love playing this kind of chill and relaxing game. I will definitely download this if you publish it on mobile phone app store. Well done! XD

OMG!! Your memory is incredible!! The best I've seen so far, which is really impressive because the camera angle on those stairs doesn't help much, I don't know if you noticed. Congratulations!!

And thank you so much for your comment!!

Really cool game! I could totally see this as an addicting mobile casual game! I also found it quite tricky after the first 2 iterations. Maybe another feature could be to guess the scale going down as well. Lots of potential! Congrats and good luck!

Thank you so much for your comment! You're right about the difficulty issue—I need to look into fixing that. Your suggestion of including descending levels is a great idea. I actually considered it during development but decided to simplify things since it’s a Jam. I also feel that keeping the progression always ascending adds a natural increase in difficulty and simplifies player interaction. But your solution is definitely a good one, and it's something worth considering—maybe two game modes? I’m not sure yet...

Cool concept, but a bit frustrating as I couldn't move past 4 or 5 iterations.

I believe that people usually score above these levels. However, I am aware that there is an issue with the difficulty scaling, as it's the most common feedback I receive. It's helpful to know, and I'll try to improve it in the future. Thank you!

Interesting game! It would be great to be able to stop and then grow a bit more and then kind of submit, but is great!

Thank you for sharing your opinion; it's always valuable to know what players think. However, I personally don't quite agree. I follow a minimalist and simple philosophy—the game's mechanics and objectives are so straightforward and clear that I don't believe a button to reveal the answer and choose the height at ease is necessary. Part of the challenge lies in making the decision in the moment. Given how simple the game is, I think having that option would make it more boring and slow after just a couple of rounds. I prefer a more agile and streamlined gameplay. I also find that offering too many options (raising, lowering, and revealing the height) for something so simple would be cumbersome.

That said, thank you so much for your opinion and feedback! Even if I don't agree, I'm always interested in knowing what players think about the game :)

It was just a suggestion, players may get bored of always failing, as some could have a good spatial observation and other could not. But this can only be seen after testing with a good number of players. My suggestions does not mean that it has to be available for all the game, you could have easier levels where you can get a bit of help. once player gets good at that, then the aid is not there anymore.  My suggestion was more like the player to have a bit more of time to assess, not necessary to be able to lower.

So thank you very much for your contribution and comment ;)

So close! I need a metronome! Great concept. I agree with some of the other comments. The difficulty scales pretty quickly. So much so that I ditched trying to eyeball it and went for a counting method to determine how tall it was, hence the metronome comment. Great work though. I love the aesthetic and the calming music.

¡Felicitaciones!

And thank you very much for your detailed comment!!

Interesting game concept, going for simple estimation. Pretty cool, although it already gets pretty hard after the first two correct guesses

Developer

Thank you! I will keep the difficulty scale in mind for the future.

Love the simplicity.
With a few tweaks it would make a really good mobile game, hands down!

Developer(+1)

Thank you very much!! I will try to get it out as soon as possible on Google Play

Very fun game! Kind of difficult when your score is 6 and you have to reach 17... I would 100% play this game if it was on mobile! Great job!
