I might have over complicated the controls a bit, so they feel a bit clumsy sometimes. When it comes to the laser’s VFX though - particles don’t seem to work on godot’s webGL port, which is a bit of a shame.
Feels like a full-blown mobile title.
Art and sound are on point.
The only thing I would change are the UI transitions - they are too slow for my taste.

Overall the game is pretty solid and does it’s thing well reminding me a bit of islanders, but there are some little quirks and room for improvement, i.e. the beginning tends to be really slow with some not game-braking UI bugs here and there.
Still a solid 4/5 from me - good job. 👏
Too bad we couldn't squeeze more time to work on the game after the weekend. Yet, after my last game jam nearly 5 years ago - I still enjoy those events, despite the exhaustion they cause! It was a pleasure to work with You, amigo.
Z and X aren't the best option for action keys like that in my opinion. You could use SPACE and CTRL or SHIFT and it would be better! Don't worry tho, your game is really good :D
