Amazing game! I really liked the slippery sloppy robot XD. The mechanics were very neat and the theme was very well integrated. Great job!

Love the art and particles, shooting feels great

Really fun concept, incredibly polished with really great animations that have a ton of sauce, and quite good execution! Just a few notes. Namely, I think it'd be nice if whenever you were aiming at a block, it'd show an outline of how big or small it'll grow when you hit it, since blocks with the same textures can grow to wildly varying sizes, and it would help with planning (especially when you need to shoot at a block that'll fall under a platform you're directly below). Also, occasionally when I grow a block while standing on it I'll just clip to the right of it and fall off, sometimes dying (Also why the heck is the landing sound so WET) . Otherwise, really really good game, definitely a very fun, polished puzzle platformer and I really hope this concept gets furthered into a full game!

Quite a fun platformer. I like the mechanics and the sounds a lot.

However, personally, I think the controls is a bit off, the jumps feel too "slide-y" and I feel like small mistakes are punished too much, especially since this game seems to be made to be a precision platformer as well as a puzzler. Still, my compliments to you for making a pretty great game!

Thanks for your comment! Yeh the lack of checkpoints and a button for level reset was echoed by other players as well, probably a contributing reason to the punishing level of the game. Thanks for pointing it out nonetheless!

Great level design, tutorial, gameplay, and satisfying sound effects!

Some puzzles could be broken by a mistake such that you would need to reset, such as a critically important block tumbling off a cliff, so maybe there could be some kind of per-puzzle reset on some of them to avoid those cases.

Thanks for the critic! Some people also mentioned we should have added some checkpoints, and I felt like this is something that we would have noticed if we did some more playtesting beforehand. Still appreciate your comment!

You had a cool idea, and you polished it really well. It was fun to play with!

I loved the effects! Really good tutorial levels too, very easy to hop in and play!

Developer

Thank you for playing and rating! Will check on your game too XD

Very tight 2D platforming controls! The SFX and juice were really nice and had a lot of fun solving the puzzles. By the last level though I was pretty burnt out from getting far and having to restart. Nice work!

This one is so fluent and well designed! Like the fact it's combined with shooting!

I guess the movement is not so good but, with the great motion of the Robot. I do feel it's just the feature of a bot with wheels.

Maybe that's the truth? that would be great!

love this game!

I Love your game! It's cute, the art is awesome, the music is fun & catchy, and the puzzles are great. It's hard coming up with puzzle ideas, especially in a small time frame like this jam. Really well polished and fun to play! I also love the title! :) Very nice work!

Feel free to give my game a try, Tinker Escape.

Cheers :)

Thank you for kind words!

Great game! I had a lot of fun! I love this little robot, sound design, and overall dynamics. Controls were a little bit too responsive for me cuz I occasionally missed the platforms. Overall, great work, and congrats on submission!

Developer

Thank you!

I felt a lil bit low on controls as i press the key the characters to move much forward then i want and i cant go and play more than 3 level , Overall Nice game need some work on visuals polish UI .

Really cool game. Your idea reminds me really much of mine. The music and grapic are so cool. It would be better though if it had checkpoints in the big levels, because it's hard to make a puzzle from scratch, like 5 times because you messed something up.

It's quite fun to use a laser to adjust the size of objects!

The graphics and the music give off real portal vibes! Nice.

Really awesome platformer. I love how animated the character looked and felt, and the overall visual detail in the game is amazing.

My only issue is that it was a bit difficult to precisely place the character on buttons and narrow platforms. The control scheme you have set up just doesn't feel like it's meant for that. Can't be too harsh about this though, since my game suffers from the exact same issue.

Cool game. I think the platforming feel/controls could be adjusted because it felt really slippery and hard to control. But well done other than that.

WAAA, I really enjoyed playing this! The art is amazing, and it feels juicy. Also, the puzzles really made me think.

This is a game I feel like speedrunners would enjoy a lot. The jump on space with WASD kinda threw me off though, I'm more used to it in 3D.

Level Design played a huge role in the game being really enjoyable! I loved the sounds and how the game followed the theme!
