Suuper fun and addicting game !! I found myself playing this one for a while , super simple and easy to play , and a well polished game too :)) Good stuff overall :D
So glad to hear that! Thanks for your kind words!
Awfully addicting. Online leaderboard is a great idea. Game is actually better than first impression - I was thinking it's only rolling but it is a gambling game (almost as my game) xd
haha that's cool to hear! Glad it exceeded your initial expectations
The gameplay is more than simple but everything around it (graphism, online score leaderboard,…) is really well done. You get caught in the game easily to try to improve your score. With 1 chance over 3 to draw a six, you often loose your points and it can be a little frustrating. A replay button would be nice for when we have a six at your first turn.
Thanks so much for the feedback! My only hesitation about adding a reset button is people might just constantly reset on every six instead of just embrace them and allow for clutch final turns as a possibility.
So addictive! I couldn’t stop playing! 3D graphics might seem excessive for such a simple game, but it actually provides just enough entertainment to keep you engaged while you are (foolishly) trying to climb to the leaderboard. Well done!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! Thanks so much!
Pretty polished, well done :)
Thanks!
Simple, beautiful and addictive...
Thanks so much!
OMG the aesthetic is so pleasing, and the wood dice's sound too. You took such a simple idea and just executed it flawlessly. This is a game I'm going to show to my friends and do stupid battle with. Congratulation, this is amazing !
Sweet! Thanks so much! I'm very glad you appreciate the aesthetics so much!
It is unfair! You are trying to get 5 stars from me by hitting me straight into my gambling addiction. Also my compliments for not giving up after "wasting" 24 hours on a scrapped project.
I created a gambling game too, come take a look!
haha your comment made me chuckle! Thanks! And thanks for playing and giving feedback! I'll check yours out later when I get back to my computer.
The aesthetics are an instant 5 from me - the game looks stunning and the ambient sound adds a lot. This is definitely the most addictive jam game I've played (especially because of the leaderboard). It has that "one more game" feeling that makes you never want to stop playing. The simplicity it doesn't hold it back either, and really it makes it thrive. Well done!!
Good job on not quitting, I know the feeling and it's v hard to keep going. Also congrats on the marriage!!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it so much! That means a lot! And thanks for the kind words regarding my not quitting and also getting married! (That required a lot of "not quitting" as well. :) )
A simple, yet addictive game! The leader board was a stroke of genius, kept me playing for way too long. Unfortunately, the sixes just love me.. especially when I get too greedy and keep going! haha! Full marks for atmosphere, one can only dream of being on beach, just throwing dice! I also read your post on having to pivot half way through the jam, I can totally relate... great that you managed to turn it around, well done on a game well made, and another game jam conquered! :D and oh, congratulations on the upcoming marriage, levelling up in life too! ;)
Thanks so much for the feedback and kind words and support! I'm so glad you got to play and enjoy it and comment!
Boring as hell, no game at all, wasted half of hour. 1st place, 75 points.
Presentation topssss. Probably if there was no high score table I would've dropped it quickly, but it became competitive. Good game!
Right? haha! Thanks for the feedback!
Oh no someone beat me -.-
Nice! This game was very addicting, thanks to the leaderboard which was a great addition. :D
Managed to get myself in the top 10 (please don't knock me out haha)
Awesome! Glad to hear that! Nice job getting on the leaderboard!
Nice game, pretty well polished :)
I'm taking my 27 points back home, thank you very much. I'm not a patient man.
I wish there was more of an incentive to play again, like a temporary leaderboard, or using the points for something, but I read that you started again from scratch so it's understandable.
Great job!
Thanks for the feedback! What do you mean by "temporary leaderboard?"
something that gets reset, like every day
Ah, gotcha. So a "best score today" kinda thing. Good idea. Thanks!
The graphics are incredible! The gameplay is simple, yet so addictive.
That's so good to hear! Thank you!
Nice game of chance. good job
Thanks!
I understand now why gambling addictions are a thing. Very simple, but the visuals really pull you in, along with the addictive mechanics. Nicely done!
Yes, it's so easy to just keep going! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Even though the gameplay was simple, the graphics made the game feel relaxing, like a true "Pair-a-dice" :)
Thanks! I'm glad you appreciate the pun in the name!
It's a nice, simple game. The presentation is really nice and calming, and although it comes down to almost complete luck, I still had fun.
Thanks! I'm glad it was calming and that you had fun!
It's a bit too simple for my liking but the presentation is top notch.
Yes, definitely the simplest game I could have possibly chosen. Maybe. But I'm glad you appreciate the polish! To be transparent, I had a completely different game I was working on for the first 24 hours of the jam, but ultimately made the hard choice to completely scrap it and start over, hence the very small scope.
You did a great job salvaging the project from the jaws of defeat then!
Thank you!
Love the graphics. Simple yet addicting concept.
That's great to hear! Thanks!
