It's a pretty interesting game, very unique. I like the different types of cards there are in the game, and the upgrades as well. However, the boss just had so much health and keeps damaging you that I can't really do anything. Good job nonetheless, the art style is pretty cute. Well done!
Working on updating the boss cards
I spent way more time in this game that I was expecting. Its a bit unbalanced, would like fire rate to be cheaper, some cards help the boss out way too much. But the core loop is fun, and nailing that down is a big accomplishment!

Boss heals?! nooo
It's very addicting. Great job. I did feel like the card that defends the boss is a death sentence. It takes away your income so you can't do anything for a while. Maybe that creature should have less hit points.
Came back to play again. This time I beat it!
Yeah. I feel there needs to be a way to defeat his defender. Maybe spend some gold to get rid of him. Something I am working on to balance.
Very fun. I want that the health of the boss is less, hhh. but is fun. But i can understand that high-health boss make players more likely to use random items.
My strategy is to prioritise the economy, so that a bit slow. Ohter game in this gamejam often play 1 minutes, but yours, I play 30 minutes,hhhh.
values are a bit too skewed towards the boss (feels like i'm always just fighting to survive) but looks like the beginning of a nice game, quite a lot done in 2 days!

This could easily be polished and released as an idle game lol! really cool aspect on the theme i enjoyed! =D

Very fun, bit of an anti idle game though cant leave it running, like the depth to the game, felt that the crit upgrade was too over priced and undeed, but overall well balanced.

A bit overwhelming to jump into, and it's not always clear what's happening (especially in terms of what the boss is doing)
But the central idea of taking the clicker genre and turning it into a boss battle is novel!
(Also a bit loose on the theme)
I appreciate the feedback. It was tight on time due to the game jam. I agree on the art. Its a bit big. I wish I had time to flesh out some instructions. I would have liked to add multiple cards for synergies. Maybe something in the future.
