Very creepy atmosphere and a fun mechanic.

Creepy vibe was so strong. Well done!

that was terrifying for me. congratulations on the game, I think you managed to get the atmosphere right, very good work!

if you have time, check out my game

Very interesting concept! The map itself reminds a lot of retro 3D games (especially Goldeneye 007) however the enemies do not fit with that aesthetic. It has a relatively creepy atmosphere. Overall a pretty good game!

Great atmosphere; the music especially sets the tone.

A very nice game similar to slenderman. Fortunately, it is not so dark :D

Great job!

I like the style, I'm a sucker for the retro aesthetic if my game didn't give it away. The music and sound design did a great job of selling the foreboding atmosphere and the delay of the dice roll and abrupt shift into the new space made this game fantastically ominous journey

Damn, that felt so SCP-like creepy, really liked that! Kudos for the music change when the "chase" begins. One nitpick - I would probably prefer each key to be present in every dimension, as walking in circles to the same place again and again gets a bit tedious

Cool game, the map switch was awesome, great atmosphere

Cool game :)

Hello fellow multiverse maker! That was quite frightening bumping into one guard, switching universes, and then having another guard appear right behind me. Good job!

Really cool Idea! Was pretty tense at times, but I had a great time playing. Good job!

Submitted(+1)

I really like the idea. The tension gets boosted every time you roll the dice because you no longer no if any room is safe. had a few close calls while collecting all 12.

Its a pretty good game.

I like the mechanics and although the art may not be the best it was still pretty good.

Great Job.

I like the aesthetic of the game, the movement gives me early fps vibes, Wolfestein 3D especially I don't know if that was intended

Developer(+1)

I went for a doom like movement, so yeah

Very spooky atmospheres, one of the enemies actually jumped me lol. Nice work!

Submitted(+1)

The atmosphere is nice and the idea really clever!  It's really satisfying that you can escape the monsters by jumping to another universe haha.

Sadly I had to stop after 6 ankhs, as those kind of old FPS views give me a headache :' (

But I as said you did a great job!

I've never played a jam game that does atmosphere this well.

Developer

Yours does! :D Thanks for playing

Although the game is very bright and the monsters don't look terribly scary, there is still a certain amount of fear in this game. I think it comes from the music, the narrow hallways and the thought of being trapped all alone with a monster. I really like this kind of horror atmosphere! It's also very good that you didn't implement any jump scares (unless i missed it), because I just think they are boring in any horror media. I also like the retro aesthetic. Turning the camera felt very clunky for me though. Overall a pretty great submission.
