OMG! Your game is soo cool!
The machanics are very responsible, the graphics are amazing! and you choose the right pallet color!
Congrats for a great game! I realy enjoy it too much!
I kid you not I spent so much time just enjoying how fun it is to bounce on a lily!! Your mechanics are so much fun and very fascinating and creative! Being able to see the vines sprout from trees and walls was equal parts functional and whimsical which is always a great combination in my book!
I am unfortunately part of the club that got stuck on one of the floating platforms—BUT I had a TON of fun trying and troubleshooting different ways. I saw that you posted some videos of people playing below and I’ll definitely be checking those out! Really great game and fun take on the theme! Congrats!
Great effects and clever game mechanics. Very slick for a gamjam.
But at first, it didn't work on my Mac, got a damaged file error. I guess it's from generating the game from a PC.
BUT there's a fix.
This is what fixed it on my Mac Running Catalina.
In the terminal I typed:
xattr -cr
With a space after it.
Then dragged the application to the terminal and it types out text for the application's location. Hit return and enjoy this great game.
This problem has been bugging me. I exported the Mac version from PC and it exported it as .app, so it didn't work on my Mac. Someone suggested to export a .dmg version. So, does exporting the game on Mac make the export file as .dmg?
And your command worked for many games facing this problem. Kudos!
Fun game! I got stuck up on the floating islands, however – I couldn't work out how to get any further! Really nice feel to the bouncing :)
This game is great! Really satisfying platforming and a fun use of the theme! Coolbot has been enjoying trying to speed run it and having fun with it, well done!
Great game, was hooked just mastering the rhythm of stacking momentum. Some challenges were pretty punishing but all the more rewarding when you finally clear it. Would be fun to watch the breakneck pace of a speed runner playing this. Nice job!
amazing game throwing about does get me confused but really enjoyed it actually my is also about throwing my self here and there!
I played a bit of this, took me 15 min to finish it. Really fun! :D
I think it would be even more fun if you would have other challenges (or game modes) besides hitting the targets, like going through rings mid-air or having some "race" where you need to reach a destination within a time limit.
The jumping mechanic is extremely catchy. Would have preferred that the lilies disappear by the time I reach the ground again so I could jump in the same place twice. That would have made the jumping very seamless but even so it was very fun!
The colors are also veeeeery nice!
Good job!
Definitely got stuck not being able to get past the floating platforms and the small white tall rock with a platform on it. Really fun movement though! Love that it's based off of speedrunning mechanics, but I am bad at aiming and speedrunning lol
Very nice game! I think it could have benefitted from a time constraint and even more emphasis on gaining momentum
Very solid controls. Idea is pretty neat, gives me some Portal vibes.
The jumps involving vines on the wall are a little harder than they should, maybe it was just me but it seemed the vines didn't give any vertical boost.
Overall I'd love to see a full game out of this. It could end up being a very fast paced platformer puzzle game (is that even a genre?). Congratulations.
