Great Idea! Interesting mechanics! Game grow so fast :D
Really satisfying catapult shooting and knocking over sfx. Feels very punchy!
Thank you!
Okay, this is a pretty cool game, like the mechanics a lot!
Sadly, the it soft-locked for me after a couple levels (all turrets were destroyed but it didn't move me to next level).
Thanks! If that's happens it merely means a tower didn't register as being destroyed correctly, you can help it by shooting any remaining standing piece. Didn't have time to fix it, sorry!
Very cool growing tower! Fun and satisfying when shooting too! I like the simple yet clear objective of the game and environment. Just that maybe can set the game over timer a little bit longer XP
Thanks! Agree about the timer.
This has good gameplay and is satisfying to destroy the towers. As noted below, the difficulty does ramp up too quick.
Indeed, thanks!
Thank you!
I find the timer for the first levels very fast. Everything else was good
Nice game, and it's satisfying to knock down the towers! It's a little difficult though!
Thanks! Yes I regret the difficulty...
I wanna learn godot 3D just to make games like you ;D.
Your game needs a good precision in the movements, but is not hard to understand what we need to do.
The color palet of the game are very fun and the models works very good.
Congrats man, you realy do one of the bests 3D games of this jam ;D.
Aw thanks a lot!
It was a fun game and I liked the puzzle elements. I also enjoyed the collapse of towers :)
Thanks!
I was fun playing the game! I loved the colors and aesthetics used, pretty easy to understand what is happening. After I memorized which towers grew faster, it became easier to play.
Would have loved some visual icon or some UI elements that would make me more aware of how fast they will be fully grown, so I could target them with priority and have a smoother gameplay with fewer resets :D
Cool game!
Thanks! Nice suggestion, I don't like UIs much but you're probably right! I also think I should have notched down the difficulty overall.
This was so much fun! I loved the different effect towers. The inverted controls were hard, but I did not find it too bad, especially since the towers in that level were not too difficult. I loved how the towers would have windows that you could shoot through. It was annoying, but in a fun challange kind of way. Great job!
Thank you!
Cool game. I was pretty terrible at it, but it played smoothly and I love Kenny 3d models.
I got a few levels in! Fun game! Pretty difficult, but once you learn which towers grow to it's full size and which ones to hit first before you get a game over, it becomes a little bit easier! Nice work!
Yes order is key! I think I should have turned the difficulty down a bit before release. Thanks!
I couldn't pass the second level, but it was fun. Nice job! Clever idea! Great models!
Yes should have definitely made that level easier, it gets more varied and fun after that! If you wanna give another go mind the order in which you shoot the towers down. Thanks for the praise, and the models were entirely by Kenney!
Very nice idea and execution. The speed is a bit over my reaction, but that is just a balancing issue. I like it
The catapult animation is great and I love the way the towers fall. Makes the catapult seem very powerful. The towers grew very fast, so I wasn't able to complete that many levels.
Thanks! The catapult animation is the only graphical bit I did myself haha. I love challanging games but I likely went too far here. If you wanna give it another go mind the order in which you destroy the towers, it's the key. It gets more interesting after the first level!
Why did'nt you make a web game this is awsome for the jam
The performance on the web version was awful enough to make it unplayable. On weaker machines even the desktop versions suffer. I'm afraid godot isn't ready to handle physics intensive 3d games just yet.
And thanks again for the praise :)
ONE OF THE BEST ENTRIES
Thanks man!
Very nice and quite difficult!
Thanks, should have turned it down a bit hehe
Nice game. it was fun to play. For some reasons I always needed a few seconds before I was able to click te "Retry Level" button. But your game mechanics are so smooth that this little bug isn't that bad either.
Thanks! First game in godot, didn't have time to smooth out the ui. Are you referring to the delay between losing and the ui showing or rather the delay between clicking retry and the scene reloading?
