I really liked the shooting mechanic!

I just finished it. It's very well done. The randomness of  spawning toys ,their movement  and the rotation plus the bullets. That was awesome. These sorta randomness I  have looked to do and yet haven't been successful  yet. You have done that very well.

Good job!

It's a little chaotic but it's fun.  I like how smooth it all works and dodging the bullets is difficult but not impossible.  Yes I die quickly but that's just my bad playing.  Perhaps a progressively faster pace would really engage someone.  I'd really like to play this by starting slow and getting quicker!!

The mechanics to shoot and move the tank is really interesting but takes some time to get use to the controls.

The first time I die almost instantly, maybe add a delay for the enemy or position the player on a more "safe" zone.

Overall was a fun experience,  adding a custom name to the player, made me think this could be a nice multiplayer game with a little more polishing.

(@lootss This is a translation of the comment I left in French on the gamepage, so you don’t have to read it twice).

I came across your game using the randomizer.

It’s pretty fun, it’s cool that you’ve implemented a lot of randomness in the behavior of the different bots (I don’t think they’re very deterministic?).

It allows you to have different games, especially since it took me 3 tries before I won :) Just enough time to get used to the mechanics of the game.

Your choice of colors looks… doubtful to stay polite :D I don’t know if it’s intentional or if you just didn’t know what to choose? Maybe for a very old (and ugly) arcade look?

A small progression in several levels/difficulties would have greatly increased the lifespan for not much work. For example by simply increasing the number of bots!

The hitboxes look pixel perfect or almost perfect (easy considering the sprites :P)

It lacks a little chiptune music. I just realized that I forgot to check a box in my own submission to reactivate mine, so thanks lol.

Eventually implement some AI of the bots to target the closest player/bots, level design with obstacles, …

In any case it’s over, so you’ve managed well the ratio of (personal challenge / time available) to make a complete mini-game!

This was nice. At first I didn't realize that the enemy tanks had names and I could take one of theirs when the match ends to get a better tank. That is a pretty cool feature and great way of implementing the wildcard!

Quite a io-type game. The bullet hell genre is always nice to see, as it's not explored that often. I enjoyed the ai and the controls were smooth.

Fun game! I found it hard to use both sets of controls at once though :D Like everyone else, I am curious about the names! I tried all of the names of toys I could think of, but I didn't notice anything! Average Joe made me laugh :) Thanks for sharing!

Bullet hell with tanks! Fun idea with the names. Are there any secret names that unlock crazy stats? I tried a bunch.

The idea of your chosen name affecting your stats is really interesting. I would have liked to know what my stats are after choosing my name but before the level loads, but you can gather stat info from the messages you get after it says who killed you. Solid gameplay even if the bots are a little chaotic lol
