Nice game. You took a weird idea to adopt the theme, it's like a zombie family. But it makes for an interesting idea.
The game was fun. Nice job!
Thanks
Interesting idea. The post processing gave it a very interesting vibe. My highest score was 1.4k.
Cool
At first I thought my neighbor was sneezing, but it came from the game. Nice SFX (:
Funny little game (:
haha
nice game. WASD controles where a minus for me, as I'm left handed and also I'm on a azerty keyboard. the old 80's TV look was very nice. probably the only anti-"find your family" game in the jam :). very nice twist on the theme. played and rated; feel free to try and rate my game:
Sorry for the controls, i will take layouts in consideration next time

This was quite fun, I like the concept of trying to avoid family too. Very interesting take on the theme. The large green sneeze cloud was amusing as well. Game ran perfect for me, no lag.
nice
Nice job, the screen effect is really cool and the music fits in really well. I wish there were more levels to play :)
Thanks. I added only one house because i wanted to focus on making the gameplay feel good.
Nice little game with an interesting artistic style and fun mechanics!
Good job! :)
A simple but addicting premise. Had fun trying to avoid my family.
I love how the moment pattern varies so much in activity level from the little kid who runs around everywhere to the "dad" (?) who just watches TV.
Although the CRT-effect is nice, it's also a bit of an eye strain. So bonus points for having a setting for it.
Thanks.
And yes, the guy on the sofa is the dad.
Good fun and so relevant to the current pandemic. :)
I also had issues with it being laggy - I think whatever platform you developed on could have been submitted too, at least then you would get some people not playing in browser.
+1 vote for arrow key controls too.
" I think whatever platform you developed on could have been submitted too, at least then you would get some people not playing in browser"
Yikes, i didn't think about that
Fun game! It was a bit laggy but still playable. I would have preferred to be able to use the arrow keys instead, but this is not a huge issue. Really nice retro graphics and gameplay. Even liked the annoying family - stop following me!!! Well done and congrats on the submission!
Thank you!
controls are very responsible and the game is very agile. Really nice game, very addictive
I really like the movement, and the game is very addicting. My record was 2k
Really funny game. The polish is geat and the game feels good to play.
Thank you!
Super fun short arcade style game! Controls felt snappy, although at times the player seemed to stop receiving inputs all together and this eventually caused me to lose a couple of times.
Game could benefit from being downloadable as HTML is normally super laggy, especially with shaders.
Yes, i know that the game is laggy :/
It's because i only tested it on desktop, the browser build lags, i didn't made the game downloadable because i couldn't test builds for all plataforms in time.
All good, it's at least still playable, which is more than can be said for some games.
The default export settings are often times pretty much all good, but at least HTML is guaranteed playable for most audiences.
Yes, the game is playable even in mobile (if you have a external keyboard or controller)
I didn't encounter any lag
It depends on your browser and hardware
