the visuals and movement system are pretty great. a more elaborate scoring system and better indication for when and where enemies are spawning would make it way more fun to play

Super unique idea I reckon, and very well implemented. The paths are all so smooth and blend well with the pixel art, nice work! My only request would be to be able to control with the mouse, and maybe even touch screen on a mobile device would be fun. :)
Wow really nice. I really like the graphics of the collapsing and contracting tunnels, very satisfying.
Some sort of warning before enemies spawned would have been nice, sometimes they would appear right in my face which felt unfair. A suggestion I have is some kind of food item that you need to explode a bug near to "unshield" and collect. Could make it more tactical and fun.
Unique take on snake genre! The tunnel collapse mechanic makes you carefully think about your path, which, together with the sluggish controls, adds a strategic feel to the game. As others have noted, it would be nice to give a player some warning about spawning bugs.
I'm really curious about how you made the tunnel "trail", the shrinking animation looks awesome!
Really interesting game. The controls felt fun to use. I liked the way you could collapse routes you've built. Leads to some fun strategy elements. The art is also minimal but charming. Would've loved to have seen some more music/sfx.
The worm is very cute, shame on all those other bugs for trying to hurt it. Great game!
