Very pleasant platfomer, the controls feels very good and the game is not overstreched, I like the shooting fire mechanics and the respawns, the sprites also looks good and fit well together my favorite part was definetely the music, especially when it "raises/increases", good job!

This is a platformer, allowing you to fling pieces of yourself at enemies and reconstruct yourself at your local drug store.

It's competently done. No more or less to say about it. I did not manage to get all the collectibles.

Shoot higher, and come back in January!

Great game!  It'd be nice to have death animations and shot impact effect.  There could also be a different sprite for the edge cling mechanic.  Nice level design and you added parts where the player had to discover they could still jump off the platform at very very edge.

Tacocrazy brought the fire, btw!  I had to jam out for a few minutes when I paused the game.

Forgot to mention, I got cool Rayman vibes from the aesthetic.

I enjoy the fact that you mentioned the edge cling mechanic. That was largely emergent gameplay because of a change in the collision model for the player. I liked it so I kept it in last minute but we didn’t have enough time to update the art. Glad to hear the appreciation for the level design and the music.

Very cool graphics! and that soundtrack was charming. I loved the attention to details - for example the camera that attached to the room's center, etc. It felt like there could be a bit more to the combat - and it was also easier to just avoid enemies. Great entry!

Nice. I like the room transitions and the audio.

Excellent graphics and sounds. The gameplay feels a bit wonky, and could use some polish.

Lovely art with slick controls! The level is designed pretty well too, challenging you to try harder platforming and staying away from the crystal for longer to get the collectibles.

Very nice, love the idea that your attack comes from your health. Only issue I noticed was sometimes if I was too close to a wall and attacking it would just instantly disappear, which was annoying at points. Also loved the large Ice Enemies, reminds me a lot of Regice.
