Wow this game is really cool, I loved how I unlocked the story as I played

I like this platformer because of it's style. it's good combination of classical rpg like diablo and platformer. It's short though

Graphics and sound are very very good, the gameplay is unique, I see this as a potential full release game with more work, great job!

While the gameplay and movement felt a bit awkward at times, I found them manageable enough to navigate through the challenges. Figuring out the order of tasks to help everyone was a bit confusing, but I managed to reach all three endings in the end. Thanks for sharing your game—I genuinely enjoyed playing it! I really liked the graphics and sounds in your game; they added a lot to the atmosphere!

Liked the graphics and sounds, the gameplay/movement felt a little awkward but fine enough to do everything. I was not quite sure what order I needed to do things in to get help everyone but was able to get all three endings. Thanks for submitting, I really enjoyed it.

Happy to hear! I can agree the movement is a bit clunky, there are remnants of what I was trying to do earlier in the game jam that didn't end up getting resolved. Thanks for the feedback :>

Liked to see a more story-focused entry. The visuals look nice, wish you could keep looking at the ending cgs until you hit enter again. The ladders kinda work in a clunky way and the game gets way darker to see where you're walking (maybe adding an outline to the floor/ walls that get lighter as the game darkens wouldve been good). all in all pretty unique!

I struggled with the ladders and lighting the entire time XD
I also thought about what you said regarding CGs, but I really didn't know the best way to implement them at that time. Thank you for the feedback!

Finished all the endings.

The visuals are very cool. The music and the sound are fantastic!

I also like that you touched on the idea of the protagonist being deranged while solving everyone's problem. I think we miss it in many RPGs.

Amazing job! Thanks for the game.

Thank you! Since I'm very new to Godot, I wanted to lean more on the art and not overshoot what I could do in my limited time :>

Finally! One more game where you can pat a dog *_*

Very cool visuals!

I felt obligated to add that feature, thanks for playing ^^

Fantastic game! It's short and sweet. I like that you used the concept of 'burden' for the theme. Having multiple endings, too, makes it satisfying to replay in order to watch all of them.

Developer

Thank you for trying it! Once I saw that wildcard for "The Good End" I knew I had to add it in
