Had an incredible run where not only the random dice blessed me with the powers of a lion for about 3 rolls in a row, but I somehow also messed up the animations so that I was constantly attacking.  It all came crashing down when my hubris left me in a pile of rodents and it finally changed me to a bear, unable to flee.

Could be a pretty neat game, some of the creatures need to do more than just dash as it can feel like going between snake to mouse to chameleon back to snake just leaves you with the option of fleeing. The foundation of something that can easily be a solid time sink is here :)

Fun little game, liked the idea. but I didn't always transform on the end of the timer, also some scoring system would have been awesome to try and get the highest score, so for know my score is : I survived a while ;)

Hehehe I ran in a straight line and never died :)

I like the art!

I like the idea of transforming into creatures with different abilities! It happened to me a few times where the timer ran out and I didn't transform, so it might be a good idea to influence the randomness to prevent that. Having a win condition or a score might also be a good motivator to play again. Good job on your first entry!

Thank you!

A scoring system was definitely planned, and we might still implement it in the future to make it truly a game :D

Fun idea! the concept that you need different strategies to survive works pretty well. I think there are a lot of ways to take this further, but it's already solid. Nice

It's a cool take on the theme! I liked that each countdown was a gamble whether the character would morph into a fast or slow character (like the bear).

More obstacles or map barriers would be nice. Eventually, after getting snakes or other fast morphs in a row, it's easy to outrun the enemies seemingly indefinitely.

But otherwise, it's a fun concept!

Thank you!

We did plan on adding a barrier and obstacles, but other features took priority. In the future, we may still add them in!

I think I beat the game. I was able to run away from creatures such that the screen was just gray and for a couple transformations I never saw anymore enemies. Having a background/feedback for where you are and maybe an indicator of where enemies are/coming would be nice.
